Utsökta cocktails och bra personal. Vi bodde på hotellet så det var den perfekta platsen för en efter middag nattmössa.

Vi bodde i närheten och gick upp på taket runt 5 : 30 på en tisdagskväll före en Broadwayshow. Det var soligt men inte alltför varmt. Taket sittgrupper hade värmare och filtar för kunder att känna sig bekväma i de lägre temperaturerna. Vi hade inte reservationer men nästan varje bord hade en reservation tecken. De flesta andra kunder verkade bo på Knickerbocker Hotel och i New York för affärer. Utsikten var trevlig, men förmodligen mycket bättre efter solnedgången med staden upplyst. Vi beställde specialcocktails och de var helt okej, särskilt för det höga priset, men aptitretarna var välsmakande. Servicen var bra, inga klagomål. Skulle sannolikt inte återvända och gå till en annan rooftop bar istället.

Bokade det för att njuta av en familj rooftop fly med vänner; tyvärr kraftigt regn förbjudet att tillbringa kvällen utanför, därför vi flyttades inuti; Servicen var mycket dålig, med lång väntan; även drycker och mat serverades inte tillsammans; allt som allt inte vad vi hade förväntat oss; sist vill rapportera brist på flexibilitet när det gäller bokning / ankomsttid, med tanke på att kvällen vi bokade NY drabbades av en regnstorm och det fanns en chans att vi var ca 10 ’ sent på 15 ’ sen ersättning. Allt som allt, inte en bra affär/valuta för pengarna.

Vi är stamkunder på gatan. Moln. Jag fick veta om platsen av misstag. Men tillbringade mycket sommarnätter på taket. Platsen är fantastisk, har den bästa utsikten över staden. Cocktails är läckra och maten härstammar.
Vår favoritplats för sommartiden är röksalong, där vi kan dricka, äta och röka och ändå njuta av utsikten. För vintertiden gillar vi utrymmet med stor spegel och utsikt över staden.
Kundtjänst är en av de bästa jag någonsin har upplevt, värdinnor och chefer är alltid välkomna, vår favoritserver är Lily. Vi ber alltid om henne, hon är supervänlig, förklarar menyn och ger de bästa förslagen till drinkarna. Ser fram emot vårt nästa besök! Rekommendera starkt detta tak till lokalbefolkningen och turister.

Vi hade drycker i denna lounge och personalen var otrolig. Värdinnan och chefen var båda mycket tillmötesgående för att sätta oss direkt. Utsikten är otrolig, försök att vara där på en natt utan dimma eller regn om du kan.

Mina vänner och jag var i stan på besök från Michigan och hade en trevlig kväll på gatan. Moln. Fantastisk utsikt! Katie var vår server och hon var härlig, snäll, välkomnande och mycket uppmärksam. Hon gav fantastiska rekommendationer! Mangopudding skulle dö för och vi älskade paprika. Men några av de andra flickorna som jag kände var kalla och ovänliga. . . Jag bad om ett vatten från en annan servitris och hon gick bara för att skvallra till sina andra kollegor. . . det fanns ingen känsla av brådska för henne att få mitt vatten men det är okej. Vi bad också om vår mat att gå från en bussare som jag tror och det tog vägen för länge. . . . . Andra än vi hade en fantastisk tid! Kommer tillbaka Katie och när det blir varmare!

Jag kom för första gången med vänner och Victoria var så AMAZING! Hon var den vänligaste personen någonsin och gjorde vårt besök verkligen bäst. Förutom Georgie som var en så rolig bartender, gjorde vi de bästa drinkarna. Kan inte vänta med att komma tillbaka hit, väldigt nöjd med mitt besök! ! !
