The fountain drinks are locked up, bathrooms locked, no condiments available unless you go to the front counter, took 45 to 50 minutes to get food and even then the food was cold. They lady behind the desk had coffee and she asked 2 customers to swirl their finger in it to see if it's warm enough. Do not recommend.

Sorry that I have been away from Yelp for a while, but with everything going on (don't think I need to go into detail), it's been hard. That being said, I normally shy away from giving a bad review, especially if it is the first time, I give the benefit of the doubt. The second time, well, let's just say I chalk it up to being busy with other stuff. However, the third time, sorry, but three strikes and you're out. My review aligns with some of the recent ones here. I've been going to this McDonald's for a number of years, and let's just say something has recently really gone wrong. I mean seriously, I used to be able to order online on my mobile app, pull up to the drive through, give them my mobile order, and out in a flash. For some reason, that is no longer the case. They've expanded the parking lot and opened two drive through ordering kiosks, but that just made things worse. The last three times I've pulled up, gave them my mobile order, pulled up to the first window, the lovely lady confirms my order with a smile, and then I go to the next window where CHAOS ensues. "You got the fillet o Fish, and chocolate shake, right?" the young lady at the second window asks me. "Uh, no, the spicy chicken sandwich and large fries." I reply. She then proceeds to look around and wonders where my order is. I tell her it is a mobile order, and she yells at the lady in the first window. Another woman walks up and asks what the issue is, and she tells her she can't find my mobile order, which, BTW, the lady in the first window had no problem finding. See where I am going here? The lady then retakes my entire order at the window, and then tells me to pull over and park and they will bring out my order. Kind of defeated the purpose of the quick mobile order. I park and multiple times someone comes at me with a bag full of stuff that is NOT my order. Then after 20 minutes, yes 20 minutes, I go inside, and being very patient and kind just ask for my order. Someone, finally goes, "Oh, Yeah, this one." She picks up a piece of paper yells at the dudes in the back chilling, "Get me my spicy chicken sandwich fools, and who's cooking fries!" And that is why I finally, with the utmost unapologetic tone, have to give this place a 1 star. And they are not even deserving of that. Luckily I don't eat here a lot, and there are other McDonalds close by I will try and see. Word to the owner of this one, you need to spend some time in the store and see what is going on. You are losing business. Maybe do an episode of "Undercover Boss."

Waited 15mins even though i order on the app.they take all the cars on the left before they will speak to the cars on the right.of course my order had a item I didn't order and was missing 2 items. What a great way to start my morning, I Ordered a Chicken McGriddle.. Instead got some burnt crap. I tried to just force it down after a few bites since i had already paid & left but gave up. Morning crew sucks. Don't waste money on takeout!

Here I am getting post nut mcdanks driving around by the drive thru I see everyone standing around inside. These lazy fucks closed 10 minutes early after I already waited 5 minutes waiting for some sack of shit to take my order and these sack of shits turn the screen off without saying a word. Do you know how easy it is to take an order of chicken nuggets. Moral of the story is don't go here when you are in desperate need of some post but clarity.

The location I usually go to was closed with no explanation or warning, and I really wanted fries, so I went here. The employees were nice enough, but they were out of so many things! I was told that there were no quarter pounders or honey mustard and the machine for shakes was acting funny. When I got my order it was still kind of warm-ish, with stale fries, no napkins and they gave me small or medium fries instead of the large fries I asked for. Pretty disappointing but I guess I haven't had great experiences with McDonald's in the capital region so this wasn't the worst.

Its a 24hr McDonald's ya'll shouldn't be closed in the first place and if ya'll are it should say that somewhere its a waste of customer time. I pulled up and nobody answered and when i pulled up to the window there were workers all inside acting like i wasn't there it was a rude experience. When they finally locked eyes with me the "manager" said they were closed... why couldn't that have been said? No sign or anything just no care for customers.

I ordered delivery from this place. 1 single big mac, 1 large french fries, 5 ketchup, 2 sauces, and 20 chicken nuggets. Only things I've received were the big mac and chicken nuggets.

Went here while I was ravenous with a few of my friends after work. We were turned away immediately even though their kitchen was open. I then asked for a napkin and was faced with rudeness by the coworkers. I waited outside in the rain for a ride and was faced more rudeness and laughing from the waitresses. Not coming here again due to poor customer service.
