Service is beyond slow. They have never gotten my order out on time a day in their life and I've been coming here for almost 10 years. Enough is enough. The food is greasy 9/10 (which how the hell is that possible when they don't cook with grease.) disgusting atmosphere and they treat their workers like sh.

I live about half an hour from here but whenever I am nearby I Love eating here the food is great and will always be ready in great time the only criticism I have is the positioning of it but I can't blame them for that

We walked in to order pizza. No one took our order out spoke to us even though we stood by the register for 10 minutes. Other people were just standing around, also to order. When we tried to get their attention order, the guy currently at the register told us to wait in a put-upon tone. I'm actually thankful they didn't let us order, because we noticed that all the workers were alternating between taking cash and touching the register and their phones and preparing food. No gloves anywhere. Don't eat here.

Sort of a piss poor parking situation here. You'll see when you get there. Park across the street in the empty lot...and avoid the townie drunkards at the dive bar right there at the corner, lol. Tiny location and the dude needs a lesson in how to cut a pizza. Several of my pies have HUGE and then tiny slices in the same pie. What the hell man? They are quick and it tastes like Papa John's. Nothing groundbreaking here, just decent pizza from one of the monstuh chain jurnts where they cut your pie into weird sized slices.

This food is sad. I hate to give bad reviews. The crust tastes like copper pennies. We got the Shaq-a-roni and the pepperoni has no flavor. It was hot when delivered but that is it's only positive. I used to love Papa John's but no more.

Never order delivery. NEVER. Order wasn't delivered between estimated time so I kept checking on it's online status to find out it said changed to delivered without the order nor a phone call attempt. Called about 10 minutes later, was transferred to the store manager (Bruce) who simply said "it should be there soon. Ok bye." And hung up the phone without giving a valid reason for why it reads as delivered if it's not. Called again and was placed on a 10 minute hold before getting into an argument with Bruce due to him trying to hang up the phone on me again without an explanation. Will NEVER order from them again.

Food is good bc papa John's, but I come in here to pick up my order and no one's at the counter or in the kitchen. I wait for three minutes and no one passes by or comes out from the back of the kitchen so I call out and two people take their sweet time walking over to the counter. Both have messy appearances, and they don't even have the decency to apologize for their inability to man the counter and be present. Overall, again the food lowkey busses, but it's a real shoddy place with questionable workers

I have been to this Papa John's location many times and unfortunately the food quality is not consistent. I went a month ago and the pizza was very good. Yesterday I went and the pizza was burned. My kids refused to eat it. Next time I will check the box to make sure the pizza isn't burned before leaving.

Disclaimer that I'm not a big fan of their pizza in general but my husband loves it so one day I decided to make his day and try it. I loved how fast it got to my house. The local pizza shops in albany are great but delivery can take an hour and a half or more some nights and this was 20-25 mins and it was hot and fresh. The driver was nice and the people who talked to us on the phone were very nice. I liked the boneless chicken we ordered and the sauces that came with that. I'm just not in love with the garlic sauce they give for the pizza it tastes really fake to me however my husband loves it! It's nice to have a friendly place that can deliver fast and depending on where you are from it will come with a healthy dose of nostalgia from a childhood full of this kind of pizza.
