Don, the driver, was extremely professional. He was impeccably dressed, very friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding special. He held her train and long veil in the wind so they would not get dirty on the church stairs while she waited to enter the church . He made it possible for the bride to have a special moment before she walked down the aisle. He popped champagne and was genuinely happy for the new married couple, bridal party and parents.

Back in July I was fortunate to be invited on the party bus! Too much fun was had by all. Dancing, laughing, music, lights. The driver, Adam C. was amazing!!!! He took such good care of our group of 20+. He even made sure we all got home safely. What a great ride! Super clean, super fun, fun lights and loud music. Who could ask for a better birthday celebration? I highly recommend!! I would post more photos of the inside but I didn't get any without people doing things. So fun! If you are thinking of booking with Royal Transportation for any limousine or shuttle services, DON'T DO IT!! I booked a 32-passenger shuttle with them in January for my daughter's wedding in June. Arrangements were made for pick up and drop offs between two different hotels and the venue. A WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING, they called to tell me that the shuttle that they booked for me had an engine issue and was no longer available. (NOTE: It was Belmont weekend). They proceeded to say it would not be fixed in time and their only remedy was either an actual yellow school bus, a 3-passenger car or cancellation of the reservation. As we had already communicated to our guests that shuttle service was available, this was beyond unacceptable. Meaghan, who I spoke to was curt, rude and insensitive annd spoke at a very fast pace and just wanted me to decide quickly on one of the options. Needless to say, I had to scramble to find a friend that had a vehicle that could only accommodate 7 people and would have to do multiple trips back and forth. I truly believe there wasn't an issue with the vehicle, they just wanted to book it with another larger party that needed it for Belmont, likely higher fees. They had already gouged me in January on the rate by double charging me due to Belmont. Anyone who can just randomly do that with no regard for the impact on such an important day as a wedding, is in my opinion very unprofessional and shouldn't be in business. They should have tried to obtain a vehicle from somewhere else. A simple apology doesn't cut it in this situation!

We've used Royale Transportation several times for round trips to both Logan and JFK and have been pleased every time. Not only are the drivers safe and efficient drivers, they are wonderful company! Always wonderful conversations about cricket or travel or music or food or...so many things. Kenny, Michael, Aristelle all make the trip so much better. Thank you

This was my first experience with Royale Transportation, but I will certainly use them again when in Albany. Their customer service was above and beyond, making a special effort to find a driver for a last minute trip to NYC when my Amtrak plan was derailed by a cancellation. The drive was easy (for the passenger), the car was comfortable, the driver was delightful, and I made my meeting on time. I feel lucky to have found Royale. Thank you for a wonderful, calming experience in an otherwise stressful situation.

AMAZING service! I used for my Bach trip in upstate Hunter mountain. I had three spots for the driver to take us and he was amazing. We were very rowdy and Joseph the driver was such a trooper! Well worth the price I paid for!

Highly recommend! Aristelle arrived on-time, helped the eight of us load in our luggage and got us to our destination safely and on-time. One person in our group had to catch a later train and he graciously agreed to adjust the schedule.
