Are you in the mood for heat? Get over to Albany's Taco Bell! This place is wide open, large and has some funny staff: they all chat, sing and banter, about guests and their jobs etc. Don't take offense, it's fun and makes time fly. Tacos and burritos I ordered, were stuffed full, no mincing with any ingredients. The food was above usual at The Bell. Easy ordering.. Review: 5

Worst Tacobell ever, I ordered my food through the app. Went to pick it up and there was a sign that said we are closed for thirty mins. Never got my food!!!! I had to have my bank refund me my money!!!! What the heck never seen in my life. I want to give no stars but have to give 1 to write review. What is going on with the service????

Pulled into drive- thru and waited... said hello several times... no answer. Pulled up to window and saw employees who ignored me. Finally I honked my horn. A minute later, a female employee came and barked at me, " Our system is down. You gotta come in and order at the kiosk." Food was decent. Restaurant was empty.

I can't come back here anymore. It's either my order gets completely wrong or it's guessing which items I am missing in my order. So, today I pulled up and there's an employee sitting outside by the door and said that it's only drive through. Why? Why is the place closed? It's just not worth it coming back...I just get frustrated each time I come to this location. I'm done.

The service here is horrible. The girl in the drive though sounds like we're bothering her when we pulled up to order. We ordered 2 of the new crispy chicken nuggets deluxe meals. Asked for a Baja blast and a regular Mountain Dew and the jalapeño honey mustard for the sauce. I pulled up they gave me two Baja blasts and shut the door I'm waiting there with the other Baja blast and they just keep walking past the window as I wave at them so they can fix it. They finally come to the window I tell them and they fixed it. Then we got our food and it was just the regular meal no tacos. I told them and they said year they're in there. Wow. Showed them the bag and they realized they weren't in there. Made me the tacos gave them to me and we left. We then got home to realize they just gave us two tacos. No chalupa supremes. And oh yea no sauce for the nuggets. I drive back to the store. Wait for someone to finally acknowledge me and tell them we didn't get the sauces or the chalupa supremes. They give me the sauce and then ask what I want on the tacos. Are you kidding me?! I say whatever normally comes on a chalupa supreme. I hear a girl in the back yelling so they want just meat n cheese? My mind is blown. Worst taco experience ever

I have never left a review for any restaurant on this website before; this i relation has genuinely shocked me in terms of how unprofessional, incompetent, and just straight up rude the customer service was at this taco bell. Now my family and I were just talking about how and we feel that these folks have to work on the 4th of the July- we pull up behind a vehicle and wait no joke 20 minutes as we're starving since we drove all the way form PA and made the sour mistake of stopping at Taco Bell for a meal. Never have I waited this long at a drive through behind 1 car!! That customer better have ordered 20 tacos! Regardless we gave the workers the benefit of the doubt but since we were starving and stuck in the drive through lane, I hopped out the car and walked into the store. I informed the worker there that we had just placed and order drive thru but since we were stuck behind the car I would rather just order in person- TO WHICH HE SAID NOTHING and simply took my order of 5 bean burritos with rice and creamy jalepeno sauce our favorite order. Then I hear all the other taco bell orders start freaking out on my mom who had just kindly walked over to the window and informed the workers of the situation so that they don't make double the order to which the works started laughing in her face and asking who would ever think walking in is faster than a drive through? and one worker told my mother to never say that again and started screaming at her along with two other workers. My mom had the maturity and decency they lacked to simply say nothing and i picked up my order and left. We paid for rice and creamy jalepono sauce, let me know if you see it at all in the photo. Such disgusting customer service I am honestly considering never returning to the franchise and will forever discourage all people from coming here! I question what kind of screening process is used to hire such people, I understand being tired and stressed from a long day at work but for the entire taco bell staff to scream at someone who approached them kindly when you could have easily had a simple conversation is so despicable and honestly impressive I have experienced a lot of poor customer service and have always been able to brush it off as I know they deal with a lot of insufferable people all day but there is absolutely no excuse to yell at and make fun of someone about something as silly as a drive through mistake especially when the wait was so long since they were just goofing off inside the store! there was 1 CAR in front of us in line and it took 29 min ofc any customer would have an issue with this- and from reading the reviews it's not just me who has experienced this, the disrespectful and rude staff here is a common experience among most people who come here

Honestly my fault for going here . I know it's busy but I could hear the workers yelling laughing and but they couldn't bother to put the order in the bag in a manner where the cheese sauce was at least closed and didn't spill over every single thing inside the bag. Also the taco supreme I ordered wasn't wrapped at all, so that was also all over the entire bag as well. It was my lunch break which I couldn't eat at all. I will not be coming back to this location ever again or probably a Taco Bell. Thanks for wasting only 10$
