Been wanting to try Wingstop for a while and it is an overall average wing place. They have some pretty good deals throughout the week with in person and online ordering and so I was able to try the 2 tenders for $2! The lemon pepper was pretty good and I definitely understand why it's popular and the Mexican spice was also pretty good. The tenders are a little bit overly greasy but it works for a fried chicken craving! The restaurant itself was pretty empty and the workers were efficient. I'd say this is more of a take out vibe.

We decided to take the ride down to Albany and grab some Wingstop! We are avid fans of Wingstops in other states and wanted to give them a tray. We ordered online and wingstops are often very busy, so we made our order at 1 pm for a 5 pm pickup. We got there at 5:10 pm and our order was ready and waiting for us. The staff was really friendly and the dining room was well taken care of. Taste of the food was fantastic. I was a bit concerned, because it didn't have as much sauce as we normally see on the wings at other locations. The wings came out even better than usual! The wings were good quality chicken and the sauce was just right. Flavors we got included Luisiana rub, Cajun, garlic Parmesan and honey smoke bbq. The Cajun has a 4 for heat warning, but in my opinion, it's not too too hot. Louisiana dry rub is our families go to fave! Great for kids and for parents. A nice addition for the meals is that you can sub out the French fries for vegetables (celery and carrots). Their Cajun fried corn was a hit with the family (photo included)! These are soooo good. We will definitely be back again for this goodie. The one thing I would not recommend is the blue cheese - it wasn't blue cheese, it was some kind of house blend salad dressing. It was kind of like blue cheese dressing, but was missing the blue cheese itself. It was okay, because their ranch was good! Overall, great experience!

I finally was able to stop by this new location after a couple of weeks of driving past and noticing that the place was full inside every time. I decided to go close to opening, figured the staff would be fresh and ready to go earlier in the day. Upon entering I was quickly informed that there were no cashiers in yet for the day and that they were only doing online orders. This was surprising since online orders up to that point had been unavailable and now it was all they could offer? So, I placed my order on the app and let the person I spoke with my name. I got my food about 15 minutes later and there did seem to be a lot of tickets in the window so all things considered the wait time was not bad albeit a weird ordering experience. I ordered Lemon Pepper and Hawaiian Glaze bone-in wings as those seemed unique to Wingstop. I should note the quality of the wings themselves was decent, with a good amount of meat on each wing although they are small in size. The flavor of the Lemon Pepper wings was good but the texture was a little oily for my taste, not saucy. The Hawaiian Glaze was saucy but very processed-tasting and really disappointing. The fries also left something to be desired, seasoned well but served lukewarm as if they had been fried ahead of time and were waiting for wings to be sent out. Oddly enough the best part of the meal was the ranch dressing. I'm a blue cheese guy but had heard the ranch was exceptional and that was true! Creamy and flavorful and served cold to pair with the hot wings made for some decent bites here and there. After my meal, I went to throw away my trash and clean the table only to find that there were no garbage cans in the dining area and no napkins out for customers. I had to revert to using paper towels from the bathroom and taking my trash with me in the car to throw away at home. Come on guys! This location is going to have some ups and downs until they get into the groove of things, figure out staffing, etc, the typical new location problems. I look forward to giving them another shot at some point in the future but they have some stiff competition in this region. Upstate NY is known for their wings and there's many options that are better in the Albany area. If you do go, exercise patience and go with an open mind.

Wingstop is honestly an okay place, i personally think that it's a little overhyped though just like how people say it is! TikTok, stop giving basic places so much attention.

Absolute junk food was burnt and the workers obviously can't count. My order was missing a few items. The management was no help they should be the first ones to jump in and help fix a mistake. Nope just walked away. Many other places near here for better food and treatment.

Would leave zero stars if possible. A ton of customers in the store and they are giving unrealistic wait time. I was quoted 1 hour, then 1 hour, then 30 mins. Hopefully this WingStop location gets it together soon. Very disappointed & will never return.

Surely a restaurant that has been hyped up to the extreme has to be pretty good right? Wrong. That was the discovery I made walking into this restaurant. Had I known what I was getting myself into, I would have probably never entered this ghetto nightmare. Their menu looks promising, lots of appealing options and hot sauce types to choose from, but once you place your order, you'd better have your lawn chair and pocket campfire ready, because service is SO SLOW. Wednesday evening, 6:46 pm me and my friend sit down at the filthy, sticky wingstop tables. Little did I know, we would be waiting until 8:12 pm, when we finally get our measly $16 chicken combo. That's one and a half hours of waiting, just enough time to contemplate your life choices, and also the fact that you could have made more than enough money to pay for your meal in this time. Even when it arrives, the reality sinks in that their chicken tastes like just a bag of sauce-tossed frozen chicken bites, their "fresh cut" Idaho cheese fries are cold and spongy, and just as an added insult, there isn't a napkin or trash can in sight, which explains why there's always so much garbage on the tables and floors. I will likely not be returning here, but if you decide to go, make sure you put in your online order in 3 hours in advance, they need extra time to slaughter and freeze the chickens

Horrible place to get food from. It takes about 30 minutes up to 1 hr to get your food. Poorly trained staff. I've bought food from Wing Stop 3 times. Each time, fries were cold. WTF. These people have no concept of customer satisfaction. Even when you ask for fresh fries, you end up getting fries that have already been cooked for a while. This place has no garbage cans. WTF. Unreal. I would say don't waste your time with this place until they get their store together.

If I could this place 0 stars, I would. I waited 2 hours for a preorder that I was picking up. The staff were in the back arguing the entire time I was there. Extremely unprofessional. Do not go here!
