Jag kommer hit ofta men senast var det med min bästa vän och mina bröder, vi cyklade dit i iskall kyla efter en supertröttsam dag. Restaurangen var varmt upplyst och hemtrevlig. Söndag brunch utan en madding publiken (även om vi kom på 11:30) men med alla de läckra alternativen av mat och bra service.
Vi satt i backområdet som är riktigt söt med växter drapade över platsen. Också vacker och tyst.
Mat var stor - min syster åtnjöt inte sin maträtt så mycket men min mamma och jag var båda väldigt nöjda med vårt. Stora cocktails också.

Cage Colette är en mysig plats för brunch i Brooklyn. Maten var fantastisk, men tjänsten var ouppmärksam, som vi aldrig fick på kaffe påfyllnad, och det verkade pricy även för NY.

Jag skulle säga - utan hyperbole - att pastaen (squash fettuccine) jag hade var det bästa jag någonsin haft nöjet att äta. Det serverades med höns av trä svamp och var original, smakrik, utsökt. Jag kommer definitivt att återvända på min nästa resa till NYC. Är det upptaget? Ja. Är det bullrigt? Ja. Är det värt det? Absolut. Gå här, du kommer inte bli besviken.
