Will not return. We ordered pepperoni on the entire pizza, banana peppers on one side, green olives on the other, as it says so on the receipt. What we got was pepperoni on one side, green olives on the other and no banana peppers at all. Their website charges extra for all of it by the way. Also ordered garlic knots that tasted like they sat under a heater all day. My stomach was also in knots the next morning.. something off about that place.

This was my first time ordering Joes. I ordered online using slice. Went flawlessly. I’m not from NYC but this was very good. Good cheese sauce crust. Crust was very good this was a large 20”. I cut it into 16 slices. Came originally 8 gigantic slices

NEW REVIEW August 6, 2024 pepperoni pizza still AWFUL. No red sauce at all the only sauce was the grease. Not sure why I have it another chance but it is the worst pizza in Western New York maybe in the world!
$9.90 for what is supposed to be a lunch special of 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and a small pop. Most places at 7 to 8 and their pizza is good. Joes pizza is awful and 1 out of 10 with no sauce at all and grease and you can tell they don't cook the pepperoni originally on pizza as it does not stick to cheese and falls off. Domino's and Little Caesar's has better pizza for sure.

Great for walking up and getting fresh slices warmed up. Good prices with a lunch special with 2 slices and a fountain drink. Great service with a smile. Definitely a place to grab and go...plenty of parking if you want to stay.

I want to like this place more, it's got a nice vibe when you walk in.  But I've ordered from here twice, and both times my simple order of a turkey sub was wrong.  I ordered a "12 inch sub" and confirmed a whole sub to the persons face and received a half sub.  Second time I mentioned my dairy allergy and stressed no cheese and well.... there was still cheese on it.  Probably won't try a third time.
