Vi är stora brädspel fans och verkligen njuta av ett spel brädcafé. På The Uncommons idag plockade vi upp sex olika spel att spela, och bara två av dem var spelbara. Den enda anledningen till att dessa spel var spelbara var att vi visste hur man spelar dem, eftersom vi äger dem själva. Alla spelen saknade pjäser, och två av dem saknade instruktioner eller sidor från instruktionerna. Toaletten var ren själv, men rummet det var i var verkligen inte ren alls. Personalen verkade inte alls intresserad av oss som kunder och ganska mycket ignorerade oss medan vi var där inne.

Mat menyn var mycket begränsad även om kaffet var utmärkt. Jag hamnade med ett ägg bagel som var ganska torrt att äta.
Stämningen är intressant och bra för människor som ser dock, det finns en fångst. Om du vill använda ett bord, är du pressad till att betala $ 5 i upp till en timme. Vi sa att vi ville sitta vid ett bord för att äta maten men vi fick veta att vi kunde medan en var tillgänglig men vi skulle bli ombedda att leda bordet om någon ville spela ett spel. Detta var trots att ha köpt mat och dryck!
Jag förstår helt logiken att hyra ett bord för att spela spel eftersom detta förhindrar att människor vistas hela dagen utan att köpa mat etc men kom igen folk. Om kunderna har köpt ett köp, så borde de säkert vara kvar på plats.
Kanske ett separat område för diners ska vara tillgängligt för att lösa detta problem.

Denna plats är en liten kafé som har massor av bord och en vägg med brädspel! Du beställer ditt kaffe, betala en liten "hyra avgift" för bordet och välj vad du vill spela! Vi hade en bra timme där, spelade några gamla spel och chattar. Min favorit del av denna plats är att se tonåringar faktiskt interagera med varandra istället för deras telefoner!

Jag kom hit på en lördag kväll och platsen är packad! Du hittar folk som spelar alla slags spel från kort mot mänskligheten till magi samlingen över drycker och snacks. Stämningen är inbjudande och alla verktyg finns där för en rolig brädspel natt med vänner.
