Maurice and his assistant were very helpful, explained the problem well and provided their services effectively. I do wish the dispatcher had been clearer about the fee structure. I was led to believe the assessment would be done for $99, but that fee was just for walking in the door. I wound up paying closer to $300 for a simple assessment of the problem, but generally, I was satisfied with the expertise Maurice provided.

Josh was absolutely amazing. He empathized with our situation and urgently rectified the matter. He told us in detail every step of what he was doing and walked us through what to do if a problem should arise in the future. I am satisfied with the work and would highly recommend A Good Plumber!!!!

The whole team at Good Plumber Corp is very organized, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I highly recommend them for jobs large and small. Thomas diagnosed, removed and replaced my hot water heater. He is very meticulous in his work, and also great at explaining key things regarding maintenance. I even got a follow up call to confirm that everything went smoothly. Maybe Good Plumber should be called Great Plumber. 😊

I called A Good Plumber on a recommendation from my friend Ed, in November. I was having an issue with my boiler and steam radiators. They remedied my problem and I hired them to replace the hot water heater, which they did today Dec 11- ‘24! I want to thank the people in the office who were very helpful!, as well as the professional plumbers who took time to explain what they were going to do. And the care they took putting bootie’s over their shoes. When they were done, the work area was spotless!
