I have nothing but great things to say about Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating Corp. Mike did a great job servicing and repairing my Navien hot water system.  He figured out what the core issue was with one of my systems, provided an estimate, scheduled and completed the work all within a timely manner.  Mike and his work crew were notably respectful of the space they were working in, wearing booties when they came into the apartment and leaving it clean after finishing the job.  Mike was prompt, efficient, and just extremely professional overall.  Highly recommend!

I had a boiler issue that needed quick attention, and Michael from Above and Beyond was there the next day on the early side of the estimated time window. He fixed the issue quickly and professionally (without trying to do anything unnecessary) and offered detailed explanations of what he was doing and why. A super positive experience. The office was also extremely communicative, sending an estimate on a Sunday evening and getting me scheduled on a Monday. 5/5, already recommending to friends.

I unfortunately had a poor experience with this company. Though they were pleasant when they worked, they were ineffective and a total waste of money. The first thing I asked the first day they started working was if I needed a new boiler. They said no. Three visits and $3k later, it turned out I did. I got my boiler replaced with a different company, the heat is finally working well, I just wish Above & Beyond Plumbing hadn’t gotten it wrong and wasted my time and money.

Mr. Michael and his team provided exceptional service, demonstrating expertise and reliability in the timely repair and replacement of two hot water boilers at our New York hotel during a period of extreme cold.  We highly recommend their services!!

Above and Beyond has done work for my house and a family member and I recommend them without reservation. Mike and John were nice people in general and best of all professional. They worked on a heating issue and installed new plumbing pipes after the 100 year old ones finally burst at every possible joint. It took a few days to get the work done considering they had to do 4 apartments kitchen and baths as well as the basement where all the water from above traveled. They were easy to communicate with but the only thing I'd say is I wish their payment system was different/better. We had a huge payment but was limited by Zelle, (preferred personal choice) so it wasn't the fault of ABP&H, and although there are other options, it was difficult to keep up with the remaining balances if you are busy or forget to track. Would call in the future for other work when needed. Thanks!
