I just had the worst and weirdest experience trying to purchase a poorly and wrongly labeled pasta and they made me look like I was the one reading it wrong, no sense of accountability. I spent over 10 minutes trying to pick the right pasta . Freaking 5 dollars pasta, not even an apology or a sense of accountability, they were looking at me like I did something wrong because I wanted to buy the pasta as it was labeled. No one asked them to do a promo, so I’m confused why they wouldn’t acknowledge or take accountability for wasting my time …

Two stars for convenience, but this place markets themselves as “high end” and then now refrigerates produce like tomatoes, onions + garlic. That should tell you all you need to know. It is true that their prices are high end I guess.

Like other reviewers have mentioned you need an eagle eye and great memory because the listed prices often don’t match what shows up at the register. They will honor the listed price, but it happens so much it really feels intentional.

It’s a shame because the store itself is very nice

I’ve shopped here a few times a week over many years because it’s in the neighborhood and so convenient. Well stocked with a lot of great options, including organic produce.

Prices have gotten a lot higher in the last few years, but they post manager sales a lot, so look for those. HOWEVER, when you’re checking out, prices often don’t match the sale price so watch closely how you’re being rung up. They’ll match the sale price when you call it out — but you have to notice the discrepancy. I never use the self checkout because of this.

Terrific grocery store with many great choices.  Fresh cheeses, vegetables, meats etc....  Prices are reflective of a smaller shop, but the service is good.  Nice bakery section and good produce section.  Packaged food has many options. They have a nice selection of house made salads as well as a fresh salad bar.

Just like that…from 3 stars to 1 (should be Zero stars).  So I went to Brooklyn Fare today. I saw this pistachio baklava that I wanted to try for the longest. It was much more expensive than I thought it would be ($6.99 for 6 little squares) but I just had to have it. A few mins later, while waiting for my food at Panera Bread, I decided to try my baklava. Thankfully I looked it over before eating it… there was MOLD all over it! It was only noticeable once I opened the container. I am soooooo disappointed. I had been looking forward to trying this for months. I called the store 3 times but the line just rang until I hung up. I am so disturbed by this….

Original 3 Star Review: The prices are way higher than other supermarkets. For example, I bought a 16oz bag of almond flour for $11.99. Another store had the same item for $7.99 & it wasn't on sale. Going forward, I will check other stores before going here...

Verkligen den bästa måltid och matupplevelse jag någonsin haft. Har läst några negativa recensioner som verkar pedantiska. 

Om jag skulle nitpicka då 2 saker... . När jag bokade och betalade min deposition och förklarade det var för en 10-årsjubileum och sa att jag var glad att äta på en 3 Michelin stjärna restaurang de inte förklara priset hade återkallats (kanske lite hybris) men i ärlighetens namn är jag glad att de inte gjorde eftersom det är mer än värdig 3 stjärnor (åt på Per se även BF är överlägsen). För det andra tillsatte de inte mitt vin så notan var mer än man först trodde.... Ett enkelt misstag. Bill med dricks var $ 1100 så inte en billig måltid men det är värt det speciella tillfället. 

Pluspoängen... Har haft några Michelin star måltider så vet att de kan variera på utbudet och vad man kan förvänta sig men som ett rent minimum kvalitet mat, men dessutom förhoppningsvis en show.... Kvalitetsservice, kvalitetschatt, kvalitetssmaker dansar runt paletten... . . BF levererar på alla fronter... Även entrén genom en hantverksbutik bidrar till upplevelsen. Min fru älskar inte skaldjur än varje skaldjurskurs hon älskade! ! ! Även den sämsta banan skulle vara högt upp på alla andra banor någon annanstans.

Vi åt det medan vi stannade i stan för en mässa. Det är en mataffär / deli med massor av uttagsalternativ. Saker du kan äta "som den är" eller ta hem till mikrovågsugn, etc. Otrolig variation. Vi älskar det.

Och "ingången" bredvid tesektionen är väldigt oappetitlig för att säga minst sagt. Dodging lager människor och hålla - näsförhållanden = Sayanora #BrooklynFare #HudsonYards. . . Du ber mig snälla. Oförberedda för denna "erfarenhet".

Stora köttiga smörgåsar med dryck och chips, varm mat att gå som de kommer att låta dig prova innan du köper och också en mataffärskomponent, så att du kan laga mat hemma. Vi satt ut för att få mat till en picknick i Central Park. Vi hade en smak av de snygga kryddade hönsna och köpte ett pund av dem att dela. Sedan köpte vi några olika grönsaker för att göra måltiden komplett. De var varje unika kryddat och vi var mycket nöjda med våra val. Inget slätt eller tråkigt här. Vi är alla bra kockar, så vi är väldigt kräsen. Med det här sista minuten beslutet att ha en gourmet picknick utan förberedelsen var denna plats fantastisk och prisvärda.

Samtidigt imponerad av smak och kvalitet på varje maträtt, var jag inte imponerad av presentationen. Det var väldigt enkelt men då tror jag att det finns en tendens i mat att vara mycket nordisk just nu, och det kan förklara den enkla presentationen. Tyckte att sitta vid disken och se hur disken var förberedd. Allt tycktes vara under kontroll. Desserter med ingen betydelse den starka punkten - alla var glass (läckra ändå)

För alla hatare säger jag, sitta ner och STFU. Kock Cesar Ramirez sprutade inte bara salt på disken. Han gjorde såserna och kontrollerade alla delar av denna härliga och mycket vackra måltid. Sous-kocken var en talang allt på egen hand. Inte alla är lyckliga nog att säkra en reservation vid detta eftertraktade bord. Men om du sitter vid räknaren har du verkligen tur. Fjorton kurser, skaldjur tung och om du har kommit så här långt, få också vinparret. Valet är mycket ovanligt och sällsynt. Sommeliern var välkänd i de valda vinerna, och det var synd om måltiden slutade. Allt var perfekt med tanke på den fina maten samt oklanderlig service. Väl värt det tunga priset och år med väntan. Endast såg en person till att ta bilder men han måste ha varit journalist eller något. Vi har bara haft upplevelsen utan bilder.

Ser liten utifrån. En gång i känns det som att du kan lägga saker i din lilla vagn för att göra någonting från var som helst i världen. Färska grönsaker, frukter, kött. . du heter det! Lilla pärlor som detta är varför jag älskar NYC! De människor som arbetar där behandlar dig som om du är en del av familjen.

De allra bästa maten jag har ätit i New York City. All mat och av fantastisk kvalitet varje liten upplysande var exakt var perfekt i vad gäller storlek och smak. Jag personligen tycker det är utmärkt värde för pengarna med tanke på kvaliteten på maten och den övergripande servicen de bara små nackdelen var vi valde den vin verklighetens tränares och det fanns en viss försening men det var inte ett stort problem. Jag skulle åka tillbaka igen.

Du kommer att få gå förlorad sakta mak genom den här labyrint av en presentbutik, men det skulle vara en bra sak. Hög - avsluta deli, bakverk, ta fram, kött och bröd. Kockens bord på Brooklyn rätter var på vår lista för en lång tid, men att boka här är inte lätt. I själva verket, jag rekommenderar starkt att använda Amex Platinum Concierge-att göra det för dig, eftersom annars kommer du genomgå en del verkligen frustrerande erfarenheter om du försöker att ringa genom en havet av hektisk signaler.

Du delar square bord med andra par och grupper, och kocken och hans team laga några av de bästa måltiderna precis framför dig. Allt var utsökt, och precis som med varje avsmakningsmeny by Michelin - nominell kockar tillagade till perfektion i lämpligt Bite storlek portioner - vilket jag älskar.

Jag njöt särskilt hög mängd fisk- och skaldjursrätter. Jag ÄLSKAR skaldjur och kännas de är i praktiken bästa hittills svåraste att förbereda perfekt rätter där ute. Den vin urval var också mycket bra. Sammantaget var vi mycket nöjda med upplevelsen.

Kockens bord på Brooklyn Maten har den mest fantastiska och kreativ mat som jag har haft under åren. Min fru och jag har varit där två gånger i tyThe skaldjursrätter är utsökt och kreativa, white truffles glass är en uppenbarelse, de små Wagyu-är eterisk. Cesar ligger förmodligen det mest begåvade och perfektion kocken matlagning i dag. Kör inte promenera till prova detta fantastiska restauranger.

Redan kul att sitta med ett gäng kom slumpmässiga människor runt ett köksbord, men då och kök team service plus kocken vandring runt - var super cool.

Maten var fantastisk. . . Inte så japanska men absolut starkt påverkade.

14 Rätters var alltid en av dem hade en överraskning element - smak/presentation/genomgår pläteringsförfaranden. . . . Alla fantastiskt!

Konceptet stenar och man kan där se - den tar inte vara super pretentiös och vit duk och levande ljus. . .
Maten och människorna som serverade och underhålla dig - det är riktig höjdpunkt.

Vi ska inte glömma deras vin och Vinkyparen var - hon var fantastisk och vi hade några bra saker!

Bästa middag under vår resa - väl förtjänar 3 stjärnor i Guide Michelin men jag tänker inte ens säker på att det du kan betygsätta ett sådant ställe!

Utmärkt! ! ! !

Första, tog jag en i mörkret genom att kunna göra detta bokning mindre än två veckor från vår erfarenhet (Lördag 11 December ) . Jag hade inget att förlora när jag gjorde det samtal och helt enkelt var det tur! Mycket tur! ! ! Med alla de talar om hur kvalitet av ingredienser fråga, här är kanske den bästa exempel jag har sett. Jag njöt av varje kurs (och jag inte gillar Uni - och ändå här var det på något sätt annorlunda).  . . . . . Allot. Det var det sista måltid på denna plats eftersom de rör sig. Jag har läst hur service kan vara stel. Det är det inte. Du koppla av och du kommer att se att de är avslappnad. De (all personal) är professionella och precisionen är nyckeln i allt de gör (inte bara kockarna) och det var ett bra belopp för en dialog han hela kvällen. De bakade efterskänkte mig när jag nästan välte min ordförande sträcker sig efter chapstick : - ).  . Jag önskar att jag kunde ha som talas mer med Kocken Ramirez, men jag förstår hur mycket välbesökt han är och den kvalitet av ingredienser är kanske den bästa jag har haft. . . . . Varje kurs. Christine (Vinkyparen var) som tillhandahålls en anpassad para ihop (gjorde detta för alla de gäster) och gjorde så baserat på vår budget och önskemål (inte i öknen/söta vin-fans) . Jag kan beskriva den majoritet av kurserna och en del av mig vill kunde jag ha haft att ta foton för min matlagning läxor; men det finns någon något om inte kunna ta bilder eller anteckningar. Jag är inte säker om jag får det. . . . . Men jag uppskattade definitivt den upplevelsen och fokusera på den mat som levereras. Det är inte en billig upplevelse, och inte heller bör det vara. Toppklass, varje steg, varenda personalmedlem, på alla sätt. Vi är tacksamma och hoppas komma tillbaka.

Vi hade en fantastisk kväll äta här och maten var mycket bra. Fantastiska ingredienserna med minimal kinkighet men inget för oss gav en "wow" reaktion. Missförstå mig inte med rätterna var mycket bra och håller hög kvalitet ingredienser.

Det huvudsakliga nackdelarna för oss, och andra recensioner har framfört det här är det nödvändigt att hålla din jacka på i restaurangen som inte är enormt och luftkonditioneringen var inte alltid på. Även du inte är tillåtna att ta bilder på maten. Jag tror att de bara kunde lossa upp lite och göra det mer underhållande.
