Ben the Owner always goes out of his way and truly enjoys helping you.  And if he is out of something he will custom order it for you and have it for you in the store the very next day.  It's very rare today to find this high level of good old fashioned, friendly and warm customer service!  It reminds me of the "good ole days", when retailers actually made the time and enjoyed helping customers.

Ben is such a great guy. This is the vibe you cant get from one of those big hardware conglomerates. They have everything and are always very friendly and willing to help. Any color paint you need -- they have and more. A great local establishment that you should support.
