Its not a typical cozy coffee shop of NYC. Ten out of ten must visit if you love good coffee and love places that have character of the past. The atmosphere, the details of interior, the light .. everything in this place moves your imagination while you have a perfect cortado. What kind of drama has happened inside these walls when it was a bank in the past. Has it been ever robbed?

Tip: wait for actors in old clothes crossing by the room once in a while. They almost look like ghosts.

The place is really cool.  An old bank turned into a cafe.  The coffee is good.  Minimal seating and it's a bit dark like an old speak easy.

It is really nice, elegant. I thought it was bigger.
You have to go to the counter to order. Either take away or drink/eat at the café. In the latter case the waiter brings your order to your table.

Heard this place was only open for the summer. It is a bank converted to be a coffee shop temporarily. The interiors are quite beautiful. The seating is spread out with many options of chair table v/s sofa. It was packed on a Saturday evening. I got a cappuccino which was good. The interiors are dimly illuminated with antique ornamental furniture.
