The pizza offered a delightful experience with its remarkable taste and texture.  The subtle garlic notes enhanced the overall flavor profile beautifully.  It was also pleasantly affordable, making it an excellent value.  The attentive service provided a truly enjoyable dining experience.  I would gladly recommend this pizza to anyone seeking a satisfying meal.

On our way to the Met, we stopped by Don Filippo after noticing a promotion for two cheese slices and a pop, and I’m so glad we did. We got exactly what was advertised, and the pizza was phenomenal.

It was a super delicious, classic New York-style pizza — probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The crust was perfect, the cheese was just right, and it came straight out of the oven, which made it even better. Honestly, I can’t think of a way to improve it. It was just perfect. Definitely a 5-star experience!

They offered food online. I made an order, paid for it, walked to pick it up, I was supposed to pick it up between 22:30 - 23:00, I was there at 22:45 (10:45pm), but nobody was there. The restaurant was closed at the time when I was supposed to pick up the order. I asked in an opened restaurant near this one, but they weren’t able to help me.

I walked there and back, 1km each way, 40 minutes wasted. Now time wasted applying for a refund and writing a review. 1+ hour wasted total… ☹️

Stopped through Don Filippo while walking through the city and had a great lunch. We sat outside in the indoor/outdoor section. We all got the lunch deal which is 2 slices and a drink.

Would recommend stopping in if you’re in the neighborhood.

The pizza is excellent, yes. But what truly sets this place apart is the cozy, clean, and elegant dining room available to all—even those who order just a slice and a can of soda. They provide full service dining there too, but it’s open for everyone.

The service is excellent, from the guys behind the counter to the waitress who runs the show on the floor.

I’ve been coming to this spot for years and it’s never let me down. It’s one of those places where you leave feeling elevated, satisfied and relaxed, and grateful to the people who make it happen.

If I had one complaint, it would be the Fox “News” running on the TV the last time I was there.
