Jordan answered all of my questions by phone and was even kind enough to set aside what I needed for my girlfriend to pick up!  They’re always nice here and prices are fair.

Great store, very professional. They helped me figure out what to do with an old style plumbing system. After multiple attempts to figure it out myself and going to several Home Depot’s and hardware stores, but failing; Frank was able to identify the problem and get me the right parts immediately. Very professional without making you feel like you know nothing, even though you probably don’t because plumbing isn’t always that easy.

Very helpful.  I needed to replace the hot water faucet dial on my bathtub.   They offered options.  The dial I purchased was easy to install and worked perfectly.  Reasonable prices also.

I had a really great experience with them. Rented me a tool and were super kind and helpful. I had to install a TV into Concrete and after trying it my way (unsuccessfully) I just took their advice and used the Toggler alligator bolts which were so much easier and caused me a lot less headache. I must have come in 6 times that day annoying them and they were smiling and helpful every time. Thank you guys so much, the TV is up and is in the wall solidly! Don't bother going to Home Depot, whatever the extra cost is is worth 5 times as much in terms of their helpfulness and knowledge.
