One of my favorite pizza places.  Food tastes the same as in other locations (LA), which makes me sooo happy.

We spent New Year’s Eve at L’Antica in the West Village, and it was a fantastic spot to celebrate with friends. The pizza was light and flavorful, with the Diavola standing out as my favorite for its perfect balance of spice. While NYC has more iconic pizza places, this one is definitely solid and worth a visit.

The pasta dishes were equally impressive, and the shared appetizers were a great way to kick off the meal. To cap it all off, we indulged in their espresso drink topped with gold—pricey, but it felt perfectly indulgent for a festive NYE dinner. Overall, L’Antica delivered a delicious and memorable experience with great food and a lively atmosphere!

We visited the original location in Napoli, Italy, last summer and were thrilled to hear they opened a restaurant in NYC—it was a must-try for us. Since we live nearby, we’d noticed the restaurant is often pretty empty, which made us curious.

After trying the food, we found it to be good, though it didn’t quite match the level of what we experienced in Napoli and felt a bit pricey compared to the excellent pizza spots and Italian restaurants in the neighborhood. However, the staff is amazing, and the food is still good enough to enjoy.

Cute ambiance, clean, modern, nice view. Quiet place for lunch. We both got pizza and it was ok. Probably wouldn’t return. Very undercooked. Prices are good though and portions are large.
