What an amazing dinner at Mari! We chose to do the wine pairings with our tasting menu. Elizabeth our server was excellent. She gave us great descriptions of the wine pairings for each course. The pace of the meal was perfect. Outstanding courses including snow crab and uni Mari, egg and caviar starter along with the oyster Mari. We also loved the desserts! Could have eaten another round of donuts! Thank you Mari for an excellent meal.

Ironically, I stumbled upon this place which is funny now looking back (it totally deserves its reputation). Mari is of course amazing, the experience is wonderful, the food is superb, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I love Korean food, and Mari does a great job of presenting classic Korean flavors in a unique and engaging way. Everything was delicious, and I recommend sitting at the counter, watching the chefs work is a fantastic time. Highlight of the night was basically every hand roll (I can’t pick one, so please don’t make me choose). The lobster main was phenomenal and the portion amount was perfect. Will definitely be back when the menu shifts (it typically does)!

Very creative Korean tasting menu, and a decent amount of food in the 13 courses they serve over a relaxed two hour period. The focus is on hand rolls and a couple of the standouts included the mushrooms and the spicy tuna. I wasn’t as impressed with the atmosphere which felt a bit casual for this type of place. But service was professional and they did a good job explaining all the dishes. Overall, a nice experience though for the price, it’s probably not a place I’d rush to return to.

The space was sleek and cozy, chefs counter is a must. Food was unique and absolutely delicious.
Nick and Holstin were delightful, pleasant and friendly.

Came here during a weekend lunch slot only to find out they serve a different ala carte brunch menu at that time. Food was above average but wasn’t necessarily a big fan of the ssam. Also didn’t love the seafood noodles as the flavor was a bit too strong for my liking. The Mandu and dessert were great for me though. One of the staff pushed my chair fairly aggressively while trying to move behind me which annoyed me but they do have a tight counter seating space.
