On December 19, I ordered the chicken Cesar salad wrap. I was super excited; I ordered this wrap back on June 1,2023 and since then, I have been recommending Milano Market’s chicken Cesar wrap to people online and in person. I even recently defended them on tiktok when a food blogger said that they were not as good as another restaurant. Unfortunately, I will have to revoke my positive reviews.

The chicken Cesar salad wrap took over an hour to arrive to my location (about 15 blocks away)- this happened last time but my previous order was so delicious, all was forgiven. I was so disappointed when I received my wrap- the chicken tasted like it came from a can and was so mushy. There were no croutons at all and the lettuce had an odd taste to it. I ended up throwing out more than half of the wrap- it was a complete waste of money. This December 2024 wrap was nothing compared to what I received back in June 2023. I don’t know if they had a bad day, changed their recipe, or they downgraded their products but I will always reminisce about the June 2023 wrap but never order from them again.

A perfect stop after walking around the MET. The line moves fast, the sandwiches are huge and taste amazing. I got the Hot Stuff and it was perfect. We will be back!

Huge portions for the price, we were a group, everyone got different sandwiches and everyone was really happy with their choices. Broccoli side dish was super tasty as well!

TLDR: everything was just ok, not justified for the price

We got a Milano sandwich and a quarter pound of a broccoli pasta. Neither had much flavor, Milano sandwich had a few meats but again not much flavor. The broccoli pasta was very very bland. Not sure what the hype was and they also charge 3% for charging credit cards but then got annoyed that I could only pay with $100 bill.

We got the tik-tok famous chicken caesar wrap and it lived up to the hype. The wrap was well made and well sized for the price. The line moved quick and the staff were friendly. I would enjoy coming by here again and trying their other offerings.
