Highly recommend Mimi’s! We went for a late lunch. The stuffed shells were delicious. The veal piccata left me stuffed! The bread the bring to the table so so good, it was hard to stop eating it. Dominic was so friendly and welcoming!

I celebrated New Year’s at an Italian restaurant last night, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, everything felt warm and welcoming. The vibe was cozy, the decor was beautiful, and the energy in the room was so positive.
The Service
The people working there were incredible. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel right at home. They were quick to help, explained the menu perfectly, and checked in often without being too much. It felt like they truly cared about making the night special.
The Food
The food? Wow. Every bite was delicious.
•	Starters: I had the bruschetta, and it was perfect—crispy bread with fresh tomatoes and basil that tasted so fresh.
•	Main Course: The pasta was my favorite. It was homemade, cooked just right, and the sauce was full of flavor but not too heavy. You could tell they put love into it.
•	Dessert: The tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had. Creamy, light, and just the right amount of sweetness.
Each dish was simple but so well done, and everything tasted super fresh.
The Atmosphere
The best part? The people. Not just the staff, but everyone in the restaurant. It felt like we were all part of the same celebration. There was so much laughter and good energy, and it made the whole night even better.
Final Thoughts
This restaurant was perfect. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all amazing. If you’re looking for a place to eat and feel good, this is it. They deserve way more hype, and I can’t wait to go back.
A perfect start to the New Year. 5 stars!

Mimi’s is my favorite place to eat in NYC HANDS DOWN! So many things made my family’s experience great- the lasagna, spaghetti, cheese bread, and chicken parmesan were all so good and all in big portions. All of this was done in such a timely manner and we were immediately seated. But the best thing about our dinner at Mimi’s was the live piano! In addition to all of these amazing things, the restaurant is open fairly late so nearly anytime of day you can enjoy a meal. All around the atomosphere was so special and everything in the restaurant you could tell was unique and homemade. I 10/10 recommend Mimi’s to anyone who finds themselves looking for dinner in New York!

Out of towners looking for a nice NYC pasta dinner.  This place was great! Very quaint, fair priced, delicious dinner, great atmosphere, fun location on a bustling street corner, live piano music.  Definitely recommend this place.

Horrible service, very rude and rushed for the tip that was not deserved.
My family and I got food poison and sick due to this place.
Definitely avoid this place, not worth it at all..
