Subway outlet located very close to the Times Square...we stopped for dinner and had a good time...the sub was well prepared and the staff was polite and courteous...they have the complete selection and plenty of seating space as well

Rude guy at the counter! They gave me a whole speech on how bread gets soggy with more than 3 sauces, and when I opened up the sub I had ordered, it barely had any sauces in there. They should have cancelled the order if they had such a problem with more than 3 sauces rather than taking it out on making the sub. If you wanna give me a speech about my order at least give me the tip money back!

Food is decent but the behaviour Is totally not acceptable if someone is skipping 2-3 types of vegetables and asking for extra onion he shouldn’t be like no more no more! Even there is a language barrier he can’t even understand English And giving reason like We’ll make as per the recipe but at the end he doesn’t even Know what goes and what not. moreover he’s kinda judgemental towards race.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location. The staff member was extremely rude and displayed discriminatory behavior towards me, which was unacceptable. As an Indian customer, I felt targeted and disrespected by the employee, who I believe was from Bangladesh. Personal biases and prejudices have no place in customer service, especially in an international chain like Subway.

I expect staff members to treat every customer with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background. This kind of behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of the establishment but also creates an unsafe and hostile environment for customers.

I urge Subway management to address such incidents seriously and provide proper training to ensure that all staff maintain a respectful and inclusive attitude. I would not recommend this location to anyone until these issues are resolved.

This is a terrible Subway. Please stay away! They are extremely cheap and you will be very disappointed with your order, guaranteed! When I order extra veg I literally got 3 cucumber slices in total on the whole 12".

Right now, Subway has a $6.99 Foot Long deal going on but this store has UNPLUGGED their router because they do not wish to honor those prices (keep in mind that they do not have to according to their franchise contract) but they want the foot traffic. This deal will only be honored for ONLINE orders.

They are constantly pulling off things like this. I live above this particular Subway and regardless of the convenience I can no longer be a customer. I walk 10 minutes to another store to avoid this one that is 30 seconds from my door.

They do have to deal with a lot of homeless people and drug addicts with mental health issues, but I am clearly not one of them (I hope) and they are still generally rude, and not just to me but other seemingly "normal" people.

I do not need their attitude or miserly SOP. I mean, I pay for double veg, not even meat and 3 cucumber slices! I should have taken pics all of the times they did this but it's too late as I will never go back!
