I recently had the pleasure of enjoying coffee here with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We had the most awful experience here. When you go somewhere like this, paying prices like $36 - $38 for a turkey club, you expect good service and the fries that are served hot. The hotel included a service charge of 18% - we would have left nothing the service was so bad.

Absolutely abysmal service. Firstly we asked the server if we could put our coats somewhere. He looked at us and said - "you can put it on the chair next to you", w. We had wine and water, when the water arrived there was only one glass which was slammed down on the table, water splashing everywhere. We had dietary concerns and when asked what could be altered to be gluten free the server looked at us and said "whatever" and was very dismissive.

When the food arrived it was cold and the wine wasn't fresh. The only saving grace was because we had our jackets we were able to make a quick exit.

Sir at the front was extremely rude when all he had to do was tell me the shops entrance was on the side of the building. Instead we were sent off like no good trashy young people. Please instruct security to actually listen to people's questions and treat them like human beings. Security inside the shops were much kinder. I understand it's christmas but I could care less about the lobby we weren't asking to go in.

Tried to make a reservation with Anna and then she hung up in my face.
Then on a seprate day went to the plaza to make an in person reservation and they wouldn't let me in. I had explained in a nice way that we spent money to even get there and they just were not nice.
I have never seen such poor service in my life. Now after this experience would never go there. Its very sad that they are so arrogant like this.

Exceptionell asiatisk mat. Allt vi beställde var enastående. Scallion pannkakor var så goda. Fläskknyten och grönsaksvårrullar var det också. Till huvudrätt delade vi alla Pekingankan, tryffelstekt ris och kyckling lo mein alla läckra, särskilt ankan. Rekommenderar starkt.

Jag hittade den här restaurangen förra veckan, medan jag letade efter en trevlig restaurang på vår resa till NY. Jag och min vän slutade gå till denna plats två gånger i 4 nätter!

Det var första gången jag försökte Pho och det var fantastiskt! ! Jag har hört att det var bra men jag är knuten. Även kyckling stekt ris var också fantastisk.

Försökte detta en lunch, dumplings var bra men inget särskilt och det fanns bättre ställen att äta i denna foodhall enligt min åsikt!

Min dotter och jag anlände på eftermiddagen, men för tidigt för tillträde till vår Chinatown AirBnB. Jag berättade för taxichauffören att dra över, eftersom det var på väg att dumpa en brådskande downpour. Vi gjorde oss in i Chi precis som himlen öppnade. Vilken trevlig överraskning!

Jag måste säga, min personliga barometer på bra utländska matrestauranger i NYC är när engelska knappast hörs. . . och det är en bra sak!

Vi hittade ett bord mitt bland lokalbefolkningen och hade en bättre traditionella måltider till otroligt överkomliga priser. Apps är mestadels $ 3 - $ 5, soppor i $ 3-serien, nudlar $ 2 - $ 5, och förrätter för vår eftermiddagsutflykt var alla under $ 6! Chi har ett utbud av kockens specialerbjudanden, men även dessa priser alla till $ 7. 95! !

Sittplatser är mysiga, men för vårt besök var det alla regnbågar! !

Bonus: När det inte regnar är du rätt runt hörnet från flera block av kinesiska kinesiska livsmedelsmarknader. Sevärdheter och dofter är överflödiga från levande skaldjur och färskt kött och grönsaker.

Chi dumpling och nudlar är gömda på baksidan av maten plaza! Verkligen flavorful mat och härlig bubbla te men tjänsten kunde vara bättre. Under mitt besök glömde personalen min beställning och var tvungen att påminnas om det.

Slottet Quint lite plats i den plaza food court, som är en ganska spektakulärt exklusiv mat court med massor av val från chocolatiers, franska bakverk, och asiatiska nudlar. Detta äventyr började några dagar sedan när min hustru och jag letade efter en Pho plats nära vårt hotell. Efter lite efterforskningar fann hon denna plats i källaren saluhall på Plaza hotel. Chi ha lagat och noodle's Pho var lika bra som den Pho jag har haft, soppan var smakrik och smakrik och om nötkött, köttbullarna var god kvalitet, utsökt. Bara försiktig om priset, men det ligger i linje med de priser av mat i den här delen av NY. Rekommenderas starkt för Pho-fansen som söker en bra Bowl.
