This restaurant is amazing, classic and chic with great food! The reservation is hard and made by phone but definitely worth it. It’s an upscale restaurant with a chic etiquette. We enjoyed the food very much. We ordered the salmon tartare, burger and steak. The burger was amazing and I highly recommend. Server was exquisite and overall great experience.

The pigs in a blanket & corn beef sandwich is top tier, I enjoy the cocktails and my bf the burger.
Definitely worth the wait, service top tier & environment was beautiful. I love the Ralph Lauren world and home decor so this was my jam 😂

The food was good and service decent. There’s a long wait between everything — getting seated after arriving at the reservation time, servers to take your order, food to come out etc — so expect the whole meal to take 2-3 hrs from your reservation time. It’s neither overly impressive nor disappointing, so I’d recommend going if it’s on your list, but no need to go out of your way for it.

We went here for my daughter’s birthday at her request and had a great time. The service was excellent, and while the food was a bit on the salty side, it was still enjoyable. The menu has a large variety of options that I’d love to try, so we’ll definitely be back!

Top notch from the drink at the bar before hand, old fashioned with rye to the bar snacks (fried green olives), to the meal form BLT salad crab cake and oysters to start and Branzino and cauliflower for our mains+the famous burger and desert. Was really really top notch.

Vi såg fram emot en vacker upplevelse på Polo Bar. Atmosfären är exklusiv och vi satt vid ett exceptionellt bord. Upplevelsen gick utför därifrån. Service personalen var under par... inte lite... men mycket. Vi beställde en flaska Krug champagne för 400 dollar per flaska men serverades bara hälften av det och i rumstemperatur. Jag bad sommelieren att kyla flaskan vilket alltid innebär att ge en ishink och is. Om champagnen inte är tillräckligt kall är huvudregeln att kyla flaskan i is och servera den när den når rätt temperatur. I vårt fall försvann flaskan och vi fick hela tiden fråga vår servitör om vi kunde serveras champagnen som vi betalade för. Jag fick senare veta att Polo Bar inte tillhandahåller ishinkar om inte kunden begär en som är en ganska amatör politik för denna typ av anläggning. Efter att ha ätit på andra Ralph Lauren fastigheter, får du alltid en champagnehink med is vid bordet, särskilt för en premiumflaska champagne. Ledningen brister helt i lyxupplevelsen vilket visar hur personalen beter sig på ett helt aggressivt och uppriktigt oförskämt sätt mot kunderna. Detta verkar vara ett konsekvent tema från andra recensioner också. Innan vi åkte bestämde vi oss för att ta en sista drink i baren. När vi bad om en gin och tonic fortsatte bartendern att skrika (ja, skrika på ett aggressivt och uppriktigt sagt oförskämt sätt) att han sa till ̈blondin ̈ (en respekterad fastighetschef) att det var sista samtalet. När jag frågade varför det var sista samtalet klockan 23 medan resten av restaurangen fortfarande serverades, började han håna mig och genera mig inför mina gäster. Vid det här laget bad jag att få prata med chefen. Chefen gjorde ingenting... inte ens den förväntade ursäkten för vad som nu var en förstörd kväll. Det kändes som att personalen var både arg och rädd vilket inte hjälper när man försöker skapa en lyxig upplevelse. Det är ganska tråkigt eftersom lokalen förtjänar det bästa och denna restaurang levererar inte.

En annan upplevelse jag hade i NYC som är ett absolut måste försöka. Tog ett tag att få en bokning, men värt IT om du är i alla fall intresserad av gästfrihet. Inredningen fantastisk, Servicen stor, dryckerna fantastiska. Det är något att göra en gång i livet. Det ultimata intima datum - natt destination.

Dessa reservationer kan vara svåra att komma över, men om du kan få en, är det en rolig upplevelse. Den har en mycket preppy vibe som man kan förvänta sig. Maten är utsökt och portionerna är riktigt stora. Det är bra för människor som tittar också.

Bokningssystemet är förfärligt. Spenderade över 125 dollar på att försöka ta sig fram till reservationer och bli stående. Fick aldrig en reservation. Mejlade dem - ingen hjälp. Inte bra om du ringer från Storbritannien. Han fick aldrig gå sorgligt.

Den perfekta platsen för en mysig, New York kväll. Vi var här strax före jul och atmosfären är perfektion. Du sveps in av en tjock sammetsgardin och stiger in i en värld av spegel, läder och perfekt belysning. Vi satt nere och servicen var perfekt. 
Vi åt så mycket! Vi hade en (massiv) räkcocktail, grisar i en filt och sallad till att börja med, sedan åt jag hamburgaren, min man corned beef sandwich, och vår vän krabbtårtan och några Vesper martinis. Vi delade den otroliga glassglassen till efterrätt. 
Inredningen är perfektion. 
Läder sittplatser, belysning, musik, allt är perfekt. 
Rekommenderar absolut om du kan få en bokning.

Vacker inredning och välkomnas i tid till vårt bord som reserverat. Vår servitör var lite udda från början föreslår två kvinnor beställa grisar i en filt och en corned beef sandwich som förrätt... . ? Vi beställde en cocktail och bad om att få vänta med att beställa mat men servitören insisterade på att han behövde sätta allt på en biljett men skulle tajma vår hamburgare och corned beef sandwich förrätter... . innan 1 ; 4 av drycken var klar maten var slut! Gillade inte alls hans attityd. Maten var ganska bra men dyrt. Tyvärr eftersom jag älskar Chicago tror jag inte att jag kommer att återvända till NYC plats. Det finns så många andra bra val.

Conciergen på vårt hotell (Peninsula) bokade klockan 17 för tre personer. Vid 17:00 möttes vi vid dörren av en kvinna som efter att ha kontrollerat sin tablett sade att kunde inte hitta vår bokning. En av oss gick till hotellet för att hämta bekräftelsebrevet, när vi kom och gav henne bekräftelsebrevet sa hon: Jag hittade din bokning. Sedan släppte hon in oss och en man i receptionen hävdade att han inte hittade bokningen, han fick oss att vänta i baren under tiden han letade efter vår bokning. Efter ett tag kom han med en dam som sa att Austin killen som arbetar där inte lät dem veta om vår reservation. Efter allt jäkt bestämde de sig för att ge oss ett bord. Vid den tiden var vi så upprörda att vi bestämde oss för att lämna lokalerna och aldrig någonsin como denna plats. 
De är mycket oprofessionella och saknar grundläggande organisationsförmåga.

Vi var på besök med vänner. Vi älskade bar atmosfären men satt i matsalen nere. Vi beställer Dover Sole (över 70 dollar) som var stor men inte värt priset. Grisarna i en filt och speciell havsabborre var bra men återigen inte värt priset. Tryffelsvampraviolin var otrolig och värd ett besök. Servicen är lite långsam och snooty. Om du väljer att äta här vara beredd att betala $ 150 per person för middag.

Clubby trä - panel och oljemålning inredning. Personalen är inte särskilt välkomnande. Begränsad gastropub typ meny och alla verkar ha en hamburgare, vilket kanske säger något. Vinlista sinne - blåser över - prissatt. Intressant att ha besökt en gång för att se vad hypen handlade om, men var inte helt säker på vad hypen handlade om.... Skulle inte rusa tillbaka.

Min fru tog mig hit på min födelsedag tidigare denna månad. Det är inte ett lätt ställe att få en bokning, måste du ringa en månad ut och hoppas att få igenom innan allt blir bokat. 

Vi satt nere i ett hörnbås för två, och vår server var mycket vänlig och kunnig om menyn. Vi började med ostron som förrätt, och min fru beställde Dover Sole som hon älskade. Jag åt deras 10 oz filet som kom med lökringar, båda var jättegoda. 
 
Priserna var naturligtvis höga, men det var för väntat för en sådan exklusiv och tjusig restaurang.

Polo Bar gjorde ingen besviken. Servicen var förstklassig. Vi beställde hamburgare, pommes frites och potatismos - dessa var det bästa mos jag någonsin ätit. Före vår måltid de tog oss färsk säng från en korg och även serveras glutenfritt bröd! Vi beställde karamell sundae till dessert som var fantastisk. Den iv talk service och mat var oklanderlig. Rekommenderar starkt.

Inte besviken. Toppservice. Vacker ub känsla. Maten var utsökt. Popovers mums. Filet. NY Strip. Burger. Allt perfekt. Alla drinkar är goda. En perfekt måltid. Bra gjort, mr Lauren.

Vad är fantastisk upplevelse. Inredningen är precis som du förväntar dig av Ralph Lauren. Rikt trä och tyger. 

Vår mat var utmärkt. Jag åt hamburgaren som var en av de bästa jag någonsin ätit. Pommes frites var bra. Min fru åt hummerrulle med hemgjorda chips, också fantastiskt. 

Vår service och teamet var fanastiska. Vi kan inte vänta med att gå tillbaka nästa gång vi är i NYC.
