Amazing brunch! definitely get the Good Morning Sunshine Sandwich! The corncake with blueberries was awesome too! The last time I went they put new items on the menu and took the corncake off but I got the Good Morning Sunshine again. Cocktails are awesome too. I grabbed a salad and a dirty martini there before meeting a friend for dinner and they were delicious as well. Great menu, great staff, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing amazing! We came for a later Sunday brunch and were able to sit outdoors right away. We got drinks to start - I got the guava margarita and it was delicious! A bit sweet but still great. The wild son sangrita was also very good.

For entree, I got the chicken sandwich and it was amazing in all senses. Very crispy and not dry. The arugula was perfect and so was the herby aioli. It comes with potato chips which were lackluster (like Lay’s), but the fries were absolutely perfect. They were crispy on the outside and hot!

Went here for brunch.  The food selection was a good one.  Everyone was able to get something they loved.  The staff was very friendly and helpful.  Would recommend this for nice brunch spot.

We enjoyed having a brunch here so much! We had a chicken sandwich (tasty and very peculiar, I had never tried it that way), and pancakes, they came in a huge portion.

The environment is friendly and staff welcoming and smiling. Positive vibes in the meatpacking district.

I would suggest to visit the district and then have a brunch here, definitely worth it.

What a wonderful young crew. It is simply a culinary experience from the minute you arrive to this relaxed atmosphere you are greeted and all your expectations are met.

It is a healthy journey with an exotic kick especially when you order their Bloody Mary.

Serves wonderful traditional but exceptional Breakfasts, untraditional Lunches, happy Happy Hours, and unforgettable Dinners.

I recommend that if you go on a weekend you try to get there off peak. Otherwise you will have a long wait.

The weekend experience is not as relaxing and fun as during the week. Again try and get there before or after the lunch crowd.

Vi hade äggsmörgåsen och en kycklingsmörgås. Kycklingen var kall eftersom de skruvade upp vår ordning (tabellerna är överpackade och de hade problem med att hålla uppe).

Vi hittade denna plats efter att ha checkat ut High Line - - och hade en underbar tid. Vi hade tur att ta de två sista platserna i baren för brunch på en lördag. Stämningen var vänlig, musiken var riktigt bra och maten var utmärkt. Jag övertalades till och med att ge betor-baserade Bloody Mary ett försök av bartendern (som jag senare fick veta var ägaren). Han var trevlig nog att ge oss en munk för "dessert" på huset! En chokladkokosnöt skapelse som smakar som vad som skulle hända om Samoa var en munk. . fantastiskt! Vi lärde oss också att de öppnar en andra plats snart, och jag kommer att se till att den går ut.

För min födelsedag ville jag gå till Whitney Museum (GO!) Och så googlade jag "bra brunch nära Whitney" och The Wild Son kom upp. Såg ut som ett bra tecken eftersom jag har två söner som en gång var vilda och saknade dem. När vi anlände var det en vänta på ungefär en timme så vi gick över till Whitney och köpte vår tix och gick igenom ett galleri innan vi återvände. Vi satt i baren som visade sig vara lyckosam eftersom vår servitör / bartender (Paulo / Pablo?) Var bara den mest underbara underhållaren, mixologen och personen. För libations, vi hade margarita (få en!) Och en off-meny gimlet. Båda var läckra. Jag hade haft den rökt fisken på baguette (enastående) och min man hade en äggkaka med någon slags löjligt "dragen bacon" och potatisarna med rosmarin - - han älskade båda och jag kan gå med på potatisen (missa inte). Vår servitör kom med en kompakt chokladkaka med ljus och hela restaurangen sjöng lycklig be'day. Vi hade också pannkakor eftersom hej, det var min födelsedag, och de såg bara så bra ut! Det gick inte att avsluta dem men de var perfekta. Maten, hip vibe och dekor på denna plats var underbar, men det var personal - - särskilt. vår servitör - - som gjorde det perfekt! Tack Wild son!

Vi hörde om Wild Son medan vi äter middag på en annan restaurang. Det låter så bra, vi var där med brunch nästa dag! Maten är fantastisk - bästa vi hade hela helgen. Rostad potatis och drackad bacon var båda ute i denna värld! Energin här är också underbar. . . autentisk bartender som berättade för oss detta var nu vårt hem när som helst vi kom till NYC; fantastisk manager som kopplade till vår historia genom att dela med sig av sig själv. Innan vi flyttade hem spenderade vi vår sista eftermiddag i NYC genom höga linjen. Vid slutet av vår promenad hade vi vår sista middag på Wild Son och vi kunde inte göra ett bättre val: stämningen är stor som människor som klarar och arbetar på restaurangen. De har alla varit super trevliga och vänliga välkomna oss även om restaurangen var fullbokad. Det är en av de bästa platsen i NYC! Tack så mycket!

Gick till Wild Son av en slump men jag kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka varje gång jag kommer att vara i NYC.
