I adore fresh, hand pulled noodles and wow! The line was worth the wait.

You can also sit at the walk up bar and watch the artistry.

They serve VERY generous portions. Loved the flavorful chicken wings.

Three of us ordered four items, and wow, we could have easily fed 6-8 people.

Very spicy, and I’m not talking ghost pepper level, but bring your water!

We sat outside, and enjoyed the crisp, end of October weather.

What a little gem in the Chelsea market!! The food was very tasty! The menu is small but there’s enough to choose from to satisfy you! We had the dry noodles which I found a little bit too oily but that’s just personal preference, it was amazingly flavoursome nonetheless. They were generous with the topping and the hand pulled noodles were top notch! There are vegetarian options available that are outstanding! The decor was very cute and staff sooo kind! Would definitely recommend.

Very Fresh Noodles was a great spot to try different types of noodles. I loved that they had a vegan option, which I tried and enjoyed for its flavor, portion, and overall taste—though it was a bit salty for me. My partner tried a noodle soup and was very impressed. We’ll definitely visit again when we’re in NYC!

Located inside Chelsea Market.
The noodles were amazing, perfect chewiness and texture I preferred the “dry” noodles over the soup. The stir fried lamb noodles were really good. The soup, even though I got mild it was still too spicy to actually enjoy it, I think it was the Sichuan peppers that I didn’t like. The fried wings had the perfect crispness I just felt that it would do better with a sauce either tossed or served to dip in. Overall 7/10. There was a line but it moves fast. The tiger salad was surprisingly very fresh and delicious!! I recommend that for sure

Ordered the beef noodle soup (spicy) and the dandan noodles. The hand pulled noodles were top notch. They were EXTREMELY generous with the meat and toppings. Easily best noodles I've had for the dollar. 11/10 this is a MUST visit.
