I had the pleasure of nomming hard on three of the chicken sandwiches offered up by Wich Way Chicken, a ghost kitchen concept available in the Greenwich Village area. And all of three of them, especially one in particular, were absolutely delicious AF. But let's save the best one for last and start off with another tasty chicken sandwich: The Four Corners sandwich. It comes with habanero jack cheese, crushed avocado, elote salad, lettuce and tomato. I will say this: you add elote salad to a chicken sandwich and you're just asking for your tastebuds to explode. A major must eat. Next we have the BLTC with sous vide grilled chicken, chopped bourbon bacon and mayo. This one was absolutely delicious, plus it has mayo, so it's a win-win. And last, but certainly not least, we have The French Quarter. My absolute favorite out of all the sandwiches I tried. This one has buttermilk fried chicken (friggin' delicious), chopped bourbon bacon, whipped brie, balsamic onion jam, and mixed greens. Now THIS one! Uff. That balsamic onion jam alone is the reason to nom on this beauty and never stop nomming. Support this ghost kitchen concept during these trying times. It is absolutely worth your bites!

Who doesn't love chicken sandwiches?! Tried a few of these burgers recently and absolutely loved the French Quarter especially with that whipped brie, yep, whipped brie and fried chicken - now that's what I'm all about!

Stumbled onto this ghost kitchen on IG and thought I would give it a try. Glad I did because it was quite good. Had the grilled chicken BLT and one of the fried chicken sandwiches as well as some potato wedges. All three were very well executed and super solid especially considering the reasonsable prices. Easy 5 stars 👌🏾 Pickup at 80 West 3rd for those who can't find the address.

Seen a ad on Facebook and decided to head down there and try it.  It was a little hard to find because it's inside of another establishment but I'm sure with time they will get a sign or something but the food was good and the service was Very polite and they even threw in a free appetizer for being one of the first customers. Would definitely recommend.
