this was so disgusting. Just ate two boxes of boneless wings with fries, garlic-parmegian wings, lemon pepper and spicy. They were all extremely salty and the fries were terrible, as they left there for days. this is so overhyped for no reason, never again. I don’t even want to talk about the ranch, just terrible.

Worst establishment I’ve ever been to.

Extremely dirty location.

The food was DISGUSTING I spent $50 and did not eat more than a bite of my wing to taste the food.

The washroom was filthy I wanted to hold my pee so bad.

The food took foreverrrrrrrrrrrrr over 30 minutes.

Wing stop is very overrated. I love wings and fries and came here hungry simply because of the hype.

WORST Wingstop location in Manhattan, I work around the corner of this wing stop as a hostess and the customer service at this location is beyond terrible . I get of at 1:30am and most times when I clock out the line to the bathroom is too long at my job so I would go to wingstop . This is maybe my 5th time using their restroom and now the manager keeps lying and saying they’re broken as I keep watching ppl use them . Long story short I had to resort to drastic measures just to pee… it’s dangerous our here imbue they done care . Not to mention there was a day I scheduled fries for pick up 30 minutes before my shift was over only for my order to still or be ready when I got there. Just not worth it .

I visited this Wingstop on a late-night crave while in town on business. A buddy and I ordered some food. He ordered boneless wings and got bone in. The staff corrected my buddy's order. I ordered a garlic parmesan chicken sandwich combo and noticed that the bread was hard but the chicken was good. I pointed it out to my buddy and showed him the bun and he said that the bun was stale. I brought the bun up to the register and told the staff that my bun was not only hard but stale. The cashier took the bun, felt it and said "you know, you are right. we will do better next time" and threw the bun in the trash and just looked at me. This is how we treat customers now on the world famous 125th street in Harlem??? SMH

The wingstop staff was super friendly. They greeted me once I walked in and helped me immediately. I loved seeing how the wings are made and I love the aroma of it. There were no long lines. The wings are amazing. I love this place! With this pandemic you can also order  online and enjoy the fresh wings at home..! Thanks
