Same location, but not the same food. 😢

As of recently, it looks like a change of ownership within the pizza shop. Compared to before it’s not the same.

Mozzarella Sticks and Boneless Wings tasted and felt like they were microwaved. Pizza is still hand made, however looks rushed, and does not taste the same.

Horrible customer service.  Zero respect for the customer and the customer’s time.  I placed an order at 4pm for pick-up at 6:15pm, plenty of time for a pizza to be made.  I arrived at 6:15pm and no one can find my order.  They found it on the printer, no one picked it up, and I received confirmation that my order was received by them and being prepared for 6:15pm.  I had to wait 25 minutes for them to make it, while customers walked in and out to get their food.  This wasn't the first time I had to wait for my order that I placed well in advance. If a business has no respect for the customer, the customer’s time, or the customer’s money, then that business no longer has customers.  This place has lost me as a customer. Never again.  I respect my time too much for it to be wasted.
