Chipotle in Cary (crossroads) Solid chipotle. I got a steak burrito that was stuffed to the gills. All of the ingredients were fresh, steak was cooked perfectly, and staff were friendly and fast. As far as fast-food, can't beat it!

How would anybody dare to go to a Chipotle restaurant? Based on the horrible rating reviews that they have throughout the triangle, something is obviously very wrong with the corporate management and the local management. They are obviously not hand in hand by any means at all. Based on my experience and what I have justt read, I will never return to a Chipotle restaurant unless things drastically change. And in a couple of years , I might give it another shot!! Chipotle USA needs to really crack down on their franchises...

Promised my granddaughter she could have a Chipotle quesadilla. when we went to restaurant was told this could only be ordered online. However, they advised we could order two kid sized quesadillas, instead. This makes no sense. If you are going to overcharge for mediocre food, at least be accommodating to your customers.

It's an absolute shit show in this place right now. This is usually my favorite chipotle. A manager might be needed right now. So sad.

The food was average but the people who work there were lazy. The cashier rang me up and I asked for a tray because I was eating there, the tray she gave me was filthy and she didn't even try to wipe it down. I then filled up my drink and noticed that the napkin dispenser by the drinks were empty, I told this to the same cashier and she just gave me a blank look. Every table that was "open" had food from the previous guests. No one is cleaning the dining area.

"If you lean, you have time to clean." I've heard it many times while working in restaurants. Someone needs to say it to the employees at this store. Couldn't tell if there was an actual manager working. One young lady just stood at the register, behind one of the cashiers, and wordlessly handed my wife a dressing. The dining area floor and empty tables were all strewn with varying amounts of food and paper waste. The 3-4 trash cans on the way out were near-overflowing. The beverage area looked like a mini-tornado had touched down. The food was OK. I did like the limited-time brisket for my burrito but my wife said her bowl was just so-so. Definitely do not recommend this location. How it had a 98.5 rating from the state is beyond me.

I thought I might update this review as I'm really hoping corporate sees it! My daughter keeps asking me to please get/order/pick-up chipotle..."I'm really craving it". My answer, "NO". Including 15 min ago. My first impression after my husband convinced me to visit....was not good! Our food was not okay but t the restaurant was absolutely filthy and the kids meal was severely lacking (my kids both have a huge pallet! They are NOT macaroni, chicken fingers and french fry kids! They eat sushi, ceviche, raw broccoli and MUCH MUCH more! It took a lot to get me back in a Chipotle. Finally i was convinced. We were able to add adjust the menu items...light, reg and more. Yay! Well then they decided only to allow adjustments on only so many items (3 or 5... I can't remember). Even extra on lettuce and tomato. And it still looks like the saddest most pathetic, pitiful taco at the worst place. A $12 plate of tacos looks like $4 worth of anything. I hope corporate is paying attention to consumer reviews. We used to visit Chipotle at least once per month. Now my daughter asks at least twice per month and we haven't been so far in 2023 (we are half way thru March!)!! So almost 4 months. Fix the serving size (since you consistently raise prices) Fix the ordering on app! Fix the queso (taste) and brown quac Again, Fix the SERVING SIZE! Extras and non-extras!

The reviews had me hesitating on using this location, but they could not be further than the truth. We brought in a sports team of 20 people last minute and they had us in and out of there in under 20 minutes. Employees were hustling to make sure we got excellent service and potions were back to the way Chipotle used to be! Loved it and will be using this location again in the future. Thank you!
