I stayed here for three nights (M-Th) for a work teambuilding/conference event. We were a group of 15 and all stayed close together on the 4th floor. This hotel had pretty much everything we needed for a good stay. 24 hr gym, breakfast, happy hour, and plenty of common area lounge/seating for informal socialization and brainstorming. We enjoyed our last night outside by the firepit with some barbeque and drinks from the bar. I was in a double queen room. Very clean and spacious, had all the amenities except for some body lotion. I probably could have asked for some but luckily I brought my own. I used the gym a couple times and liked how open it was and there was a good variety of equipment (free weights, cardio machines, smith machines, bosu ball, and kettlebells). They had a water machine, towels, and even complimentary headphones. The only place I didn't get to check out was the pool, but with summer essentially over, I didn't really expect to make it out there and our schedule was jam packed anyway. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, it was nice to collapse onto a comfortable bed after consecutive 16+ hour days. Just wish they had EV chargers here! @azfitfoodfun

Great overnight stay for a concert and visits to the state fair and farmer's market. Rooms and lobby were every clean. No free coffee which is always expected for a courtyard which was disappointing. Covenient location near shopping and area attractions.

The Courtyard Raleigh Cary Crossroads was where I stayed after the Chinese Lantern Festival. It is a newer hotel with plank floors rather than carpet. The room was laid out nicely and I liked the microwave and refrigerator above the wall-mounted heating/cooling unit. The room had a lot of lighting as without it was very dark. The parking lot is a good size. When I arrived I was told that I was early. I think I arrived 15 minutes before check-in in so she had to call and see if my room was cleaned. They did put me in a feather-free room but it was on the 2nd floor and one of the rooms facing the road and dumpsters. The price did drop over $100 from when I first booked and the points needed decreased as well. So make sure to keep checking the rates. I liked the welcome goodie bag with snacks and water. I'm not sure if I was given a room that did not meet my preferences as I used points or whether she just didn't bother to read them. The fan blocked out the road noise and there wasn't too much traffic. The smoke detector above the bed had a green blinking light that flashed about every 4 seconds so there was likely something wrong with it as it should be a steady light.. It was distracting and I didn't get much sleep. The mattress was comfortable and the wifi was fast enough. There was a good selection on channels on the tv. The room could have been cleaned better as there was a sticky substance on the floor and there was a wrapper left near the bathroom door. I opted on waiting to shower until I got home as the room needed better cleaning. Breakfast was the typical Courtyard menu. I had the steel oats that came with brown sugar, maple syrup or honey, butter and blueberries. It was filling on a chilly morning.

We stayed here for 3 nights and while there were some challenges, overall it was a great stay, great area, and I would stay here again. Like Details: The room was big enough with lot's of space for two adults sharing a room sleeping on 2 Queen Beds. Nice living room area with a separate TV--2 TV's in the room--we almost never watch on tour we are so busy but nice to have. Love the hardwood floors--no carpet at all so housekeeping was able to keep it clean like new for us and everyone. Beds very comfortable--I could stay a week--excellent comforters and very good pillows. They made up our room everyday full service but you have to ask for that. Room shower was excellent and Towel quality very good--never had a bad towel or cloth. We brought our own soap bars we prefer but they had liquid soap on the shower wall and shampoo. Room is set up for efficiency--easy to place and open 4 suitcases and never in the way. Room had a micro and refrigerator we use everyday. They gave us extra towels everyday at the desk no problem and we appreciated that. They edited our reservation because of a plane cancellation and we appreciated that very very much. The pool was clean the one time I swam and I used goggles and was really able to see how clean it was. There were pool towels and a fresh water shower next to the pool--perfect. After we checked out, they held our bags and let us use a private changing room to change before the flight. They gave us water bottles for the first night until we were able to purchase a case. One of the major pluses of this hotel is that it's located close so so many great businesses like REI, BJ's restaurant open until 11 PM, Car Wash, Gas, Carolina Ale House Restaurant open until 1 AM with very good food, and so much more. Great great location for services--could not be better--it saved us many times. We drove to Downtown Raleigh in 20 minutes and Chapel Hill in 30-40 minutes and RD Airport in 20 minutes when little to no traffic. No one will have trouble finding parking in their lot. AC worked well--you can freeze your partner out if you want--it can get so cold--give it 30 minutes to cool room cold from hot and stabilize. Challenges: We left one day at 10 am one day and asked that the room be made up by our return at 1 PM and promised it would be so we can get ready for a wedding--and it was not made up--they made it up after we left at 4 PM. I went down to go swimming one day at 10 am and the pool was closed because they said they had to add chemicals. The bathroom needs another towel bar to the left of the sink so we can hang the hand towels and not have to ask for new ones or dry them on the dresser. You can never have enough towel bars. They need more dedicated storage for bags--we dropped off 4 bags for them to hold for us and they were concerned with space. There should be a dedicated closet--storing customer bags is a daily part of hotel business. One night for about an hour we were able to hear all the action in the adjacent room. I always sleep with ear plugs when I travel but it was only an hour so we did not complain--we almost called down--but realized then that the walls in this hotel are thin. Bring earplugs. I set aside 2 large grocery empty paper bags for the trip home on top of the Micro Cabinet not near the garbage and when we got back, housekeeping threw them out.

Appears to be a newer property, clean and fresh. Well appointed room with industrial style decor. Upon check in we were told the hours "breakfast is served" in the lobby, which I just kind of assumed meant it was included. It turns out there is a charge for breakfast, which was fine, I just like to know that ahead of time. Both pastries, a yogurt parfait, and hot breakfast items are available. There is also an evening dinner menu.

If you want a Hotel with all the updates, quality service, and well located, look no further. I enjoyed my stay here while on business in the Carolinas. The location is great for me, quiet, close to shops and restaurants, there's a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe's within less than 10 minutes, the airport is about a 15 minute drive. The rooms are updated, comfortable, & offer plenty of space. Comes equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave. Courtyard has a nice vibe for lounging and hanging with friends. The Gym was nice as well, it had plenty of space, towels, water, earbuds, about 5 or 6 treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, TV. Only complaint though minor was the computer / printer station down in the lobby. The space is too small to do much work. There is no room to use a notebook or spread out documents. Both printer and computer worked great at least. Still, this is one of the better Courtyards that l've stayed in. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property! I was given a "welcome gift" when I checked in - 2 small water bottles, oreos and cheez-its. I only stayed one night, so I didn't venture around. However, I stayed in a room with a King Size bed. The room was modern and very stylish! Absolutely no carpet which was wonderful. The sofa looked untouched and safe to sit on (no stains & cushions were firm) - pulls out into a bed. I noticed USB charging ports on the sofa as well (nice touch)! The TV does pull out/rotate to allow good viewing from the bed and sofa. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room; it's above the AC unit camouflaged as drawers for your clothes. The only downside to the room for me - it takes a long time for the AC unit to cool down the room; I like it FREEZING when I sleep. Regarding the bathroom, full size bottles of conditioner, shampoo and bodywash are provided in the shower. If I'm ever in the area again - this location is a MUST stay!

This has become my go to in the area. It's usually very reasonably priced and convenient to all of Raleigh. There's a BJs Brewhouse and Carolina Ale House easily walkable across the street (and plenty more restaurants). The rooms themselves are really well set up. They're convenient for short stays and have great wifi and desks for work trips. The hotel is new and clean. Breakfast isn't free, but it's really good. Staff is always nice

Our friends came into town to help celebrate a birthday, so my husband and I made it a "staycation" weekend. This is a new hotel in Cary (I believe 2021) around the Crossroads area. It is nicely situated around pretty much everything of interest. A very convenient location to take short drives or walks if you prefer, to dining, shopping and entertainment. Let's get into the hotel, rooms, staff, etc. Upon arrival you can see that this is a very new hotel as the parking lot was very clean, the exterior was well-kept, and everything just felt clean and uniformed. With some hotels as soon as you walk in "BAMM" everything is right there up in your face (lol). Here the lobby area is very spacious and has a great flow/layout to it. There is a nice size lobby/seating area with a tv so you can hang out and enjoy drinks or relax. There are sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. The front desk/reception area is located in that open layout. Let me just say Ms. Madeline (I apologize I didn't catch her last name) was an absolute gem! She was so friendly and hospitable. They have a nice size bar area which is also very clean and a great set up. Natasha was serving at the bar and she was a sweetheart as well. Very knowledgeable and outgoing! The sign says the bar hours are until 10pm daily, but once we returned from dinner, which was around 9:30pm, the bar was closed. It was no biggie since Total Wine was literally around the corner, plus there were also other bars/restaurants nearby. The hotel offers dining if you decide to stay in and eat along with a small market to pick up last minute items such as snacks, drinks, beer, frozen meals, and even souvenirs. They serve Starbucks coffee which you can make yourself from the coffee machine, but you have to get the cups from the front desk attendant. It's not your fancy Starbucks, but your basic medium and light roast, hot chocolate, and chai, which is not bad for $2.95 (no free refills). They have ample amount of seating whether to accommodate small parties or larger ones. They also offer 3 separate "pod" areas that include a booth, table and a tv in each pod. In this same lobby area there is a pool table and sitting for quick entertainment. The King room was very spacious and included a sleeper sofa. The bed, furniture, bathroom, etc. looked like the stock pictures, which is always a plus. Once again another nice layout. The only thing I found out of place or IMO was a weird placement was the AC unit, which was located under the microwave and mini fridge (see pictures). The bed was comfy, tv didn't have many channels but offers streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc.) to enjoy. Overall this was a nice staycation in a beautiful and clean hotel with great staff. Marriott did not disappoint with this one and if you choose to stay you will not be disappointed either! We will definitely return if or when time allows us.
