After being inundated with Danny DeVito and JM ads all day Sunday while watching MNF, I had a craving for a Big Kahuna Philly Cheesesteak bowl on Monday. As luck would have it, this location was only a few miles down the road from me. I ordered easily on the map and 15 minutes later, my order was ready. There was steam in the lid indicating it was fresh and hot. I dug in and the steak was seasoned well and the cheese was gooey! The peppers, mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños were slightly crunchy and very flavorful. Not a fancy meal, but hot, fresh, and tasty the way I expected. Nice job Jersey Mike's! I'll likely be returning.

Will not go back. While I love Jersey Mikes, this place the staff is untolerable when I arrived I went to order pickup because I had a mobile order. This place doesn't have a designated spot for such thinks like others do so I had to ask. The employee took my name, went and looked but never told me if they had my order. I stood there having to wait not knowing if they had it or were working on it. When i finally was able to speak to someone again i was reprimanded and told customers ahead of me had to be served first. The tone he used was embarrassing and I didn't let it go. I told him I completely understand customers ahead of me had to be served that all I required was acknowledgement they actually had an order with my name on it. The rudeness made me leave feeling like crap and I will never step foot in that particular store again. This was Jersey mikes on Meeting Street Cary.

Stopped in on 10/25 around 3pm. Long line to place orders. I saw three employees on duty. There was no sense of urgency to get the customers served. I saw at least 10 customers walk out. It appeared the staff was hoping everyone would leave so they did not have to do their jobs. No person in charge at this location. Trash cans were running over....they ran out of sandwich fixings. Heads up... if this does not get fixed you will lose enough business that you will be out of business. Food slicer needs to be cleaned. Appears to have mold growing on it.

Our family loves Jersey Mikes however have issues almost every time at this location! The order is almost always wrong with items missing, mid made sandwiches or tubs. If you want consistently made subs -made the way you want there is a Jimmy John's close by. Go there instead - your order will be made accurately freaky fast as well with good customer service. This Jersey Mikes is NOT. I do not recommend - the last straw was that they don't answer the phone when trying to call to rectify an inaccurate order picked up. Yes we would really like our order complete and yes we would like the bacon that makes a club sub a club sub. No more for of this place for us. Please work on your accuracy!

This location has absolutely the WORST service. Every single time I order via the mobile app, I arrive and always have to wait +20 mins from the time the app says my order should be ready. The workers here have horrible attitudes, and it seems as if they are always joking around and shooting the breeze instead of having some discipline and getting to making the sandwiches! Not giving this location my money anymore.

Service was barely acceptable. Everyone had a rude attitude. Sub was delivered Mikes away and the bread was very soggy. Upon entry the person cooking told me to talk to the slicer person. Slicer person old me to stop telling him what I wanted, and to tell the next person. The next person was the customized. She way overdid the oil and vinegar. I asked if it could be cut in fourths. The slicer, customized, and cashier all looked at me blankly. From behind them, out came a manager who sliced them up. Not going back to that location.

Went to this location around 1250 pm on a Wednesday. I saw 4 employees working behind the counter. I ordered two "hot" subs - 1st mistake. I watched numerous customers walk in and order cold subs which were made in a timely manner. Several others including myself were waiting on the "Hot" subs. It took 35+ minutes to get one of the two subs I ordered. The other had been overlooked during preparation. It took another 5 minutes to get the order complete. All the while I couldn't tell who was in charge or who I could address my concerns. No one even made an attempt to acknowledge the long wait time or to reassure the order was going to be prepared. There was no need to complain to the employees for I believe it goes back to management and the culture of quality service having priority. Probably my last visit to this location which is sad because it is a convenient location.

Wondering if this happens to anyone else? I don't know how many different ways I can order a BLT and have them NOT leave off the lettuce and tomato. This is the second time this has happened to me. Has the #1 just become a bacon sandwich? Is there a lettuce and tomato shortage? I am so confused. Don't get me wrong I love bacon but when I order a BLT I WANT THE LETTUCE AND TOMATO TOO PLEASE.
