This Chick-fil-A is a hit or miss. I've gotten home before and realized my order was completely wrong. They did renovate the store and unfortunately, it made walking into the restaurant unsafe. I can't tell you how many times I've nearly been hit by a car crossing in the crosswalk through the drive through to enter the restaurant. Drivers get their food in the drive through and just take off without regard for people in the crosswalk. Poor design if you ask me. I will say the staff is friendly and they get you in and out of the drive through quickly. (It just won't always be with the correct order)

Traveling through and wanted quick, easy and dependable. Also wanted to try the new pretzel bun sandwich. Well, it was interesting. The cheese is cold and the bacon was skimpy. It just didn't live up to all the hype. The staff offered to heat up the cheese so I did. Still not impressed. My hubby said it was an "ok" sandwich. They were very nice and gave us a chocolate chip cookie. They have a 100% sanitation rating so kudos to them

This was my first time ever visiting this Chick-fil-A, and I decided to walk in instead of using the drive-thru. I'm really glad I did. The service was fast, the team was friendly, and everything ran smoothly from the moment I stepped inside. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a Coca-Cola. The food came out quickly and was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, even during a busy time. Tristian and Hector did a good job for service. I had good time ordering and the got my food ready fast, big shout out to them! Overall, it was a great first experience. Fast service, great food, and polite staff--I'll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by this location late in the afternoon of 12/11/24. I found the menu boards in the drive thru area were not lighted up and useful to place your order, instead this place had people out walking around, walking up to car doors to take the order and to do payments for the food order at the car door. These folks that do this are very nice people and they work there, but for safety and weather concerns the menu board needs to be lighted up and to be useful while this restaurant is open for business. I also found that only one of the 2 lanes for food orders drives up to the windows to pay and pick up the food order the second doesn't have any windows to drive up to. That is poor design for a drive thru.

ice fast food location off the highway 485. It's mainly crowded. This is the only location where I check my order after it's made. They provide opportunities to young individuals and there are several working here. The staff are friendly. The food is good like any Chick-fil-A. We have a awards program on the app we can get points to get freebies the more you eat here.

We ordered 3 peppermint milkshakes and they arrived with no crushed peppermint or chocolate pieces. They ice cream wasn't mixed as you could see the white and pink separated.

It's been a few months but they finally reopened the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A. The customer service is amazing and my food was ready super fast. Thanks Chick-fil-A definitely setting the standard for fast food.
