Wow, this location does not measure up to what I've come to expect at a Chick Fil A. I was able to find parking, no problem. Fourth in line, I moved along in good timing. The customer in front of me had left his receipt so I asked if he wanted it. The cashier than kind of matter of factly also offered it to him. So my turn to order. My usual order is the spicy chicken salad but with regular grilled nuggets. The cashier wasn't sure how to input that so the manager arrived to assist. I showed him my app and how it's one of my regular orders. Finally the order was placed. The scanner for the app and earning rewards is oddly placed on the side of the beverage dispensers. It was quite challenging to use. I paid for my order and no receipt. When I asked for one the cashier said it must be out of paper. And that's it! No attempt to get me a receipt. There was a line behind me so I didn't push for it. My order was delivered to the table and I noticed bacon on my salad. I approached the counter and asked the manager if the Southwest salad now came with bacon. He said no and a new salad was made. This was probably the worst ChickFilA experience I've ever had. Fortunately I'm almost never in this area.

I was excited to try the new pretzel bun club sandwich. What I got was a dry cold bun with dry cold chicken inside and a white tomato during the peak of tomato harvest season. So disappointing. Do better people! Not up to the chick fil a standard by a long shot and not hard to fix this. Ugh.

Service is awful. Waiting in drive through 20 minutes just to get to the window, where the lady made us wait another 3 minutes just to tell us Mac & Cheese will take 4 minutes to make. Store did not have a single adult in it. Unprofessional, slow, and the guy that carried out the food just handed it to me, not thank you for waiting of total of 30 minutes or my pleasure. Wtf...

I will NEVER return to this CFA ever again. I go to the drive thru and the lady who was standing out there didn't acknowledge me until moments after she was done with her conversation with her coworker where she was complaining about whatever. Once she was finally ready to take my order, I don't even get a hey how are you none of that. Just straight "what can I get you ". Once I was done ordering and paying, the girl just walks away and doesn't say nothing . I gave her a look and then she proceeded to saying have a good one. I go to the window and hand me my bag. I said thank you and was completely ignored. I said it a second time and I just get a simple stare. CFA is known worldwide for saying "My Pleasure " and I haven't got that not even once. Pathetic . There was no difference from McDonald or Burger King as far as service

3rd time I've gotten my order messed up at this location. Manager there (older Hispanic woman) is very rude and speaks to you in a rude, condescending tone constantly. Any time I've gone back to get my order fixed, they try to blame it on you.

Food was good, delivery was a little late, but everything was still fresh. Doordash had to wait about 15 minutes for the order to be ready. The only negative is that they didn't include the sauces we asked for.

Many years ago this location used to be good, now a days slooowest location in town. Just had someone pick up and order for me while I ran some errands, my food got home, no sauces or ketchup, no straws, large fries box half way. Too many issues at this particular location but seems to be that owner operator doesn't care. I see all the comments for slow service and a trick for here is to go inside, still doesn't fix the poor service.

Staff was playing around during dinner time, multiple staff members following each other into the men's bathroom, talking to other customers across the dining room, slow service, mid cold food. Make the drive to the rivergate or fort mill location.

The staff were completely rude and inattentive. One of them being a "team lead". Worst experience at a CFA we have ever had.
