I believe this is by far the busiest location but they run like a well oiled machine at lunch time and the inside is much faster than the drive thru! Go inside!!!

Reached out to Chick-fil-A customer service about a bug being in my salad and they said someone from this location would reach out to me. Didn't hear anything after a week, so I reached out again and still nothing. Lost points and money. Sucks because this was my go-to lunch spot.

South - end of Chick-fil-A in Charlotte. They clear their screens so they have fake scores for corporate then yell to the kitchen to make what they have on the recipt on the counter and forgets to put cheese on Chick-fil-A sandwich Colby Jack cheese and double bacon . They at least got the bacon part right

I have to agree with all of the other reviews. This is the WORST chick-fil-a in Charlotte!! Such a let down. The service and food quality is very disappointing. The staff here sucks. It's not hard to listen and read. My food has been cold every single time. I'm not giving this place any more of my time or money. They need to hire better staff and might even need a new manager at this point. There's so much consistent reviews stating horrible service and food quality. Hint, hint - something needs to be done about this. AVOID - yes it's close but don't try it. Not worth it.

This chick fil a is hit or miss. It use to be my go to spot but it's been going down hill the last few years. The food is normally fine for the most part, but the employees and service are terrible. I understand it's a fast food restaurant so 90% of the staff is young, but the "professionalism" you use to get from Chick fil a doesnt exist anymore at that location. My order is wrong half of the time but it's not wrong as in they forgot something. It's wrong as in I'll order a sweet tea and they give me coke or I'll order a chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and they give me American cheese. Very random. Hopefully it gets better !

This review is solely about Chris, I believe he is the manager at the south end location. Each time we go to this chickfilia (which is often) we look forward to seeing Chris. Chris is also so polite and truly cares about the customers. He always makes sure we get our order and that the order is correct. I hope Chris gets the recognition he deserves because he is great!

I frequent this location at least 3x a week . mainly for breakfast since I work in walking distance . I never have any problems outside of them forgetting a creamer or a straw but today they gave my food away to the first person they saw .... I ordered my food @ 10:13 , the time stamp on the receipt said 10:14 & by the time I got there at 10:20 , my food was already gone . I sat there for 30* minutes waiting on them to figure out what happened and for them to remake my food only to give me just fries when I ordered hashbrowns . My whole meal should have been free . And get this ?! I leave out the building and I see my food bag sitting on the table outside right beside the coffee I ordered ... Whoever they gave my food to sat outside and ate it and left the trash behind which is why I knew what time it was they gave my food away . Do better chikfila . Yall won't be getting my business anymore

Consistently the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. I gotta remember and stop going back. The food is the worst, the customer service is the worst, and the parking lot is the worst. It sucks trying to turn into here. The employees don't say "my pleasure" and they're rude most of the time. And check out the pitiful excuse of a chicken sandwich they gave me with ONE measly pickle. I'm convinced everyone here hates their job. Ugh don't go here. Skip it. Go anywhere else.
