Oddly, all of the vending machines in the nearby Presbyterian Hospital emergency room were broken and I really needed a soda. This Circle K was the closest and despite the earlier review, I decided to give it a try. There were no beggars today (it was a crisp 45 degrees) and I did not patronize the gas pumps area (there's much cheaper gas in South Carolina). Inside the shop, it was tidy and there was a very good selection of beverages and snacks. [Review 10081 overall, 1667 of 2018.]

Not all the workers but the black female works has the rudest nastiest laziest attitude you would ever see I went there lastnight A few minutes after 11pm to get a cup of coffee and waited about 4 minutes while she was on her cell phone so I left it on the counter and did the best thing and left and headed too Quick trip Don't think she even care that it makes here are our race of people look so low and bad Why even come too work if you have no class or any idea how customer service should be

Probably the dirtiest restroom I have ever been in. Instead of toilet paper in the roller was a coil of reynolds wrap tin foil. Hate to be the person that has to use that. Napkins and tp strown thoughout on the wet floor. One lady at the counter so nothing was clean. Would bypass if you can.

I really used to enjoy coming to this store, but the people are so rude now. I used to even be friends with a girl who worked there and a manager. I went in today to get gas and gum and I'm sorry if there was a change shortage you could've told me to pay card but the lady pocketed my change without telling me. I know it wasn't a lot but it was the fact she didn't even tell me and her attitude was very rude.

Absolutely the worst gas station in Charlotte and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was told I was not going to be served after waiting 15 minutes in line. Why?? I don't know maybe because I'm gay and they didn't like that but I will never step foot back in this store ever again.

I came in this morning and was in a bit of a rush but still polite to the cashier. All I wanted to do was put gas in my car and head back to my child. Thinking this would be quick because there wasn't any lines, the cashier told me "We're out of gas" and looks to the other cashier. I told him "If that's the case, why are there no signs put up?" He goes to say "I'm just joking". This place needs more professional people who are willing to work and do their job accordingly.

Worst gas station ever. Always bums hanging out there asking for money. Receipts never print out. Numerous times there have been no paper towels at the pumps. Cashiers are very slow. The list goes on and on. Should bulldoze and put up a quickTrip

While returning from Myrtle Beach,I decided to stop at the Circle K gas station in Dunn, North Carolina. As I attempted to use my debit card to pay for gas the screen read error. Much like myself, everyone else at the pump was faced with the option of going into the filling station to pay. The one cashier available was struggling to assist as many customers as she had,which only speaks to under-staffing. After paying for my gas and filling my tank, which could not have taken more than eight minutes, I realized it would best suit me to use the restrooms available. Goodness gracious that was my first mistake of the day.By the time I walked back through the doors the restroom stalls were overflowing into the aisles of the convenience store with murky foul smelling water, but even worse the Hardee's attached was beginning to flood too! In a last ditch effort to relieve myself I went to the back of the building to see if there were any other options, only to see a large number of people using the restroom in the grass. I was officially done with Circle K, and done with Dunn county, North Carolina.

They have a promotion going on which is buy a 20 ounce Coke and a slice of pizza for one dollar Normally a Coke is $2.09 and a pizza slices a little over a dollar so I of course went for it. To my dismay they were out of pizza oh well I thought I'll just get the Coke for a dollar seeing as how it was still cheaper so I asked the man at the register if I could do a substitute for the pizza which I was told yes I could do the nachos so I went and started to get my nachos came back and now it was a woman ringing me up at the cash register I informed her of what the man had told me and she said oh no you can't do that very attitudely to which I said OK well can I just get the Coke for a dollar and I won't take a pizza slice because there are none to which she said oh no no no no you can't do that to which I questioned how come to which her answer was you just can't still with that same attitude so I look at her and then look behind me at now a line of customers was shocked looks on their faces and look back at her and said really so you're telling me that I cannot use this promotion for just a Coke which I will be taking less items than what is advertised because you said so she said well you're already getting a discount because the byway a to Coke products the discount was $.10 I said OK take that off of there I will pay full price for the one Coke but give me this Coke for $1 oh no you can't do that she said again to which I looked at her very kindly and said well you know what else I can't do by any of the things that I have now gathered from the store I grab the bag and flip it upside down and dump the stuff out on the counter and said thank you have a wonderful night to which three customers in line said there's stuff on the counter turned around and walked out the door with me Circle K the lady that I'm sure you've had many complaints about needs to be fired you know who I am talking about thank you. If I could give less than one star I would go negative stars just so you know I don't have a problem with Circle K I buy food from there all the time I have a problem with that specific lady for the way she treated me.
