Quaint cute little Mexican spot for sure. Came with a friend for a late lunch. This place is a bit small with about 5 tables to sit at. They have a variety of items to choose from. Tacos, torta, enchiladas, platos tipicos, quesadilla, Antojitos. We ordered agua de Jamaica and omg it was so delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness to it. My friend ordered 4 tacos de tripa and al pastor. I ordered their torta de milanesa with a side order or French fries and a quesadilla as well. Everything was super delicious and really tasted like Mexican food. Will be back to eat other things off their menu.

Hidden gem of East Charlotte! If you live in this area and drive Sugar Creek, you've probably passed this place without a second thought. Stop here! It's a small place but clean and inviting inside. We got tacos and empanadas. The empanadas were different than what we have been used to on the past and were seemingly deep fried but were delicious! Tacos were also awesome and well seasoned. Ask for their hot sauces, painfully delicious as well! The girl working the front was very nice and everything came out quick. It'll be a place we go back to for some quality and authentic tacos.

This place is so so so good! I don't know how long they have been open, but they are only a three minute drive from me in NoDa and I'm frankly disappointed in myself that I have only gotten take out twice. The tacos are amazing! The salsas are on point. Tonight I got the pupusas and mole enchiladas to go, so freaking good! The mole might be a bit on the sweet side for me, but that might be more traditional. But I still loved it! The prices are so freaking reasonable, make sure to get there or get takeout!

This is so far the best Mexican restaurant I've tried in Charlotte, it's a small business but that's what makes it so good, the customer service it's incredible and unlike other Mexican restaurants in Charlotte the price you pay is way lower and you get a lot more food! They do 99 cents tacos Tuesday and Thursday and it's incredible!

This small Mexican restaurant offers authentic street tacos made with home made tortillas. I went there on a Thursday night which happened to be a taco special night. My son ordered green chicken enchiladas (enchiladas verdes), my wife a tlayuda of asada, and I ordered tacos al pastor. In general food was OK. My son found several pieces of bone or cartilage in his chicken enchiladas and my tacos al pastor had lots of pieces of pork fat which was a disappointment. If you go to this place I suggest you request no chicken bones or pork fat so the experience is better than the one we had. For me the best taco places in Charlotte continue to be Tacos el Nevado (2 locations) and Tacos el Regio with an authentic "trompo" for with the marinated al pastor meat.
