#1 Food truck in Charlotte! Service & quality of food on the menu a strong 8.7 out of 10. This is a safe space right? "We listen & we don't judge..." What if I told you I made two separate transactions in one day hours apart & had 3 items off their menu. Oh okay , well I did & no regrets! It's an Asian & Mexican infused culinary masterpiece within its own rights compared to street food , food trucks, heck even the non mobile restaurants in the area. If they had a store front I imagine it would stay busy. Remember, we listen & we don't judge. Well when I scoffed my food down I forgot to take quality food pictures. However , I had the Birra (beef & chicken tacos) & beef ramen. The birra food items come with some sort of avocado aïoli/puree , jalapeños & beef broth soup cup to dip your 3 tacos in. 10 out of 10 recommended! Did I mention the service has just as much quality as the food. They were informative, kind & helpful. I will definitely be back at this food truck. Even though I mentioned a limited number of items on the food menu, shrimp Birra also has an appearance, corn dogs not your typical kind either, & loaded fries. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed ramen or Birra in this way . Thank you for the experiences!

This is my first time here and I can only speak for the Korean corn dogs, but the picture is self-explanatory and it was pretty much demolished within minutes, but they were very fast and the location is also in a good area off of south end around the uptown area.

I found this truck by way of Birdsong Brewing. I'm super happy I came out. Their customer service is fantastic, super nice guys on the truck. Process is, order at the passenger door, wait to hear your name called out on the speaker, then pick up at window. I ordered their Korean Corn Dogs (all beef), and it did not disappoint! For my experience, the coating was very flavorful, and a generous batter. I was lucky enough to get one of each flavor (potato, hot cheeto, and the og) after them making one too many! My husband couldn't decide what was his favorite was, and I had a very slight preference to the Hot Cheeto one (but they were all great!). I can't wait to see you at the next place!

If I watched one more Muk Bang with K-Dogs and spicy Tabookki and / or Raman, I was gonna scream. I wanted some action myself and found this Gem. Local moving food truck with a cult following. Insta brought me here, and I had to indulge. The Korean fried hotdogs are huge and so good. They I got the Classic K Dog which is half cheese and half hotdog with Fried Potato Pieces sprinkled with sugar and a Cheese Dog. The cheese is stretchy, and the dogs are so dog-on good! They use all beef hotdogs, too. It was so satisfying. Would totally recommend it. They had Birria Ramen and Birria Tacos, too. If I could have, I would have gotten 1 of erri thang. It's OK, I can and will be back!

The nicest people with the best food!!! Can not recommend them enough. Their shrimp tacos are some of my fave tacos in Charlotte. The K-dogs are phenomenal. The cheese K-dog add potatoes is my regular order and it's been great every time. Their birria ramen is also delicious. You can't go wrong with any of their menu items.

I saw that Cutting Board CLT Food truck were the first to have Korean Corn Dogs in the Queen City and also had Birria Ramen so I had to hit them up. During my visit I learned that they discontinued the Birria Ramen and were having an issue with the Shrimp and Grits so I just got the classic K dog (half cheese half hot dog). The K dog was cooked to order and was super cheesy. It actually was too cheesy for me. I ended up deconstructing it to get rid of some of the cheese. The outer shell of the corndog was crispy and coated in sweet sugar mix. I loved that part! I feel like this food truck has potential. I wish I could of sampled some other items they have on their menu but nothing else peaked my interest. I'll keep an eye on them and hope to visit them again soon. This place was on my radar for a couple of months because I thought there weren't Korean corn dogs in Charlotte and then Kenty corrected me! We went out to Pinhouse to try them. They're currently there Wednesday and Saturday I think, but check their Instagram for their weekly schedule. I think they've been really crowded on weekends since Axios posted about them, so go on a weekday if you don't want a line. We tried a variety of stuff: - K-Dog (with potatoes) - Taquitos (Beef) - Beef Birria Ramen - Birria Tacos (Beef) I loved everything! The order listed above is my preference, but I would happily order any of it again. I was skeptical about a place that does Korean and Mexican, but they do both well! I hope they expand their corn dog and sauce/topping selection to have a little more variety like the places I've been in NYC. Definitely check this spot out!

I watched Lizzo eat Korean corn dogs a few months ago. She made them look so yummy so I vowed to get one sooner rather than later. Welp, Cutting board is the place and you should get there now. I placed an online order around 4:30 to be ready at 5 when they opened. It was ready prior to the 5:10 promised time and I also ordered the chicken ramen. I raced home because I was so anxious to try everything. The first bite of the corn dog was amazing, and it didn't even have any hot dog in it. I thought I tasted actual hot dog and maybe it was a little hot dog juice?!?! I don't know but the cheese, and potato, and the surprise of the sugar!!!! OMG, that was a nice addition. I honestly didn't think the potato would have sugar, but it did and I wasn't mad. I tried it with queso and then mustard. I actually preferred it without anything, but if I had to choose, I like mustard with my hot dogs so...mustard it is. The ramen broth came in a separate container and all of the noodles, chicken and veggies were neatly packed separately. The broth was flavorful and I loved how the chicken was shredded so it was easy to eat with the noodles. I told myself that I wouldn't eat another corn dog for a while but...they are calling me! I want to try the other flavors!

Yum yum yum!! The food here is amazing and the best Korean corn dogs in Charlotte for sure, I always hit this place up when they're near by. The service is straight to the point but also pretty quick which I appreciate! Definitely try this place if you see it on the street
