Service was trash and my food was trash. Jasmine took our order, extremely dry and seemed irritated with all customers. I ordered a honey wheat bagel with cream cheese. My bagel was doused with cream cheese, it was beyond messy and undesirable. Definitely not coming back.

EXTREMELY RUDE !! Very disappointed with this locations staff. The worst experience I've had at an airport . The 2 ladies that "hope I get stuck in NC". You should definitely reevaluate your staff members. Knowing that this is an independent black owned business I'd hope you would want your employees to AT LEAST have good attitudes while serving. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Sad to see this locations staff has completely changed for the worst.

Always consistent, as a lover of bagels and bagel sandwiches I enjoy Einsteins. However, I wish they would stop shrinking as the cost continues to go up just like everywhere else. I would not say they are great but good and with the smaller size, I find myself eating more or buying less because the prices are not always justified. SInce this location is in an airport, I appreciated the option to have a bagel sandwich instead of the typical airport food so thanks for that.

Service and quality of food was horrendous. The lady at the cash register was practically asleep. The cash register was holding her up. We ordered two bagels. Neither one was correct. I ordered wheat double toasted with butter and my husband ordered everything toasted with cream cheese. Mine had maybe a half teaspoon of butter it was very dry. My husband's wasn't toasted and seemed undercooked. We threw it all in the garbage. Did not feel comfortable going back and asking them to correct it. I have been an Einsteins reward member for decades and never have I witnessed anything like this before. Need to shut this location down because it is giving Einsteins a bad reputation.

Staff was very friendly. Especially the young lady with red hair. Food was quick, hot, and delicious. I had the Santa Fe on the cheese bagel. Nice little kick. Hours on this app are incorrect.

Maybe it was just a bad day but the girl who took my order was unfriendly and seemed like she just didn't care about my order. Cream cheese was wrong. Wasn't open faced and didn't have extra cream cheese. If it was baseball this group went 0-4 and made feel like avoiding the place next time.

Terrible service. I walked up to the girl behind the register, she rudely pointed to the other girl without saying a word. They both acted like it was so bothersome that we graced their day with our presence. I hope they stay the miserable bitches they are.
