We always choose enterprise because we are creatures of habit and appreciate the good service over the years. This location was no exception. Quick service & easy, went to the lot, got the car and left. Return was easy and have to give a big shout out to ROGER for going out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and felt appreciated as customers. Love a company that goes out of their way for good customer service!

Dispute of RA #788270541 I call Customer service 1-855-266-9565 at 8:13am CDT Sept 26th and talk to the rep for 12 minutes about what the charge would be if We return the car to Kansas City Airport at 1pm. He said we would get a credit of $77 for the one day we did not use the car. The ask about the drop charge he put that in the computer and came back wit a quote of $600 total. I call Customer service 1-833-336-0426 at 8:13am CDT Sept 20th and talk to the rep for 11 minutes about what the charge. With no help what so ever. This was the second call and after one email and each representatives sent information to the Charlotte office and both promised that they would get back with me But no! SO HERE ARE THE FACTS OF THIS DISDUTE! If you look at the original Enterprise Rental Agreement #788270541 just about the bottom of the page a link to: Terms and Conditions Click here to view Terms and Conditions https://www-tac-service-prd.homecity.ehiaws.com/tac-service/location/group/53/NZ/terms?date=2025-09-22&locale=eng_USA On the second line is a link to: (the "Fee Schedule") https://WWW.Enterprise.com/fees In the fifth box Quote: Unscheduled One- Way Fee / Drop Charge The greater of, but will not exceed: a) $300.00 or b) $1.50 per mile between the location you dropped the Vehicle and the Return Location The fee we charge if you return the Vehicle to a location other than the Return Location. When returned the Car I was billed $1,484.32. I did NOT ask for it to be changed to one way rental I had agreed to the Unscheduled One- Way Fee / Drop Charge as seen above. I Believe I owe no more than $300 drop charge and the original amount already paid of Amount charged on September 26, 2025 to VISA (xxxx) ($356.02) minus One day charge that I did not use the car but had paid for. I legit never write reviews. Terrible company. Extremely rude staff just hanging out in the back office eating while there's a line out the door. Atleast 3 people came in from double booked cars. Our car wasnt even there even though we had reservations. Walked out and went over to budget and they had us in the vehicle we wanted and out of the parking garage in 20 minutes after waiting at enterprise for an hour and a half with our baby crying the entire time. Total joke. Don't go here. I own a business myself and I would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS allow this kind of stuff to happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been an Emerald member for just a short while now, and I must say I absolutely love it. The program offers some nice perks. I also like the choice of vehicles that are offered. This location is very convenient and due to my membership status, I can avoid the lines and head straight to my designated area to choose the vehicle of my choice. Customer service was very helpful when I signed the car out and back in at the end of my term agreement. I won't be going anywhere else for future rentals

Unsafe ride, dirty car, and a flying roach!!! Review for Enterprise Rent-A-Car - North Tryon & Chelsea Street, Charlotte, NC On Monday, I had to rent a vehicle from this location because my car was being repaired. Enterprise sent someone to pick me up from the repair shop. The driver was an older lady, and while I sympathize with people who may still have to work at an older age, she should not be driving for this job. She drove very unsafely -- making a U-turn in the middle of N. Tryon Street, cutting someone off, and speeding to the point that both I and the other passenger quickly put on our seatbelts out of fear. When we arrived at the rental office, I was given a car that was smaller than my normal vehicle and not equivalent to what I reserved. The inside of the car was also not clean. When I brought this up, I was told, "That's all we have." In my opinion, if they cannot provide a comparable vehicle, they should let the customer know before confirming the reservation. Unfortunately, that was not the worst part. While driving, I noticed something blue fly past me inside the car, which startled me enough to swerve. A short while later, it happened again, and I realized it was a flying roach. I pulled over to try to find it, but it hid. When I started driving again, it came back on the window, and I was finally able to kill it. I took both a picture and a video for proof because I could hardly believe it. When I called Enterprise, they apologized but told me they had no other cars at that location, meaning I would have to either keep the car with the roach or drive to another branch to swap it out. I chose to go to another location, but the fact remains -- the ride to the branch was unsafe, the vehicle was dirty, the customer service was dismissive, and there was a flying roach in the rental. This was one of the most unpleasant rental experiences I have ever had. I hope management addresses both the driving safety of their pickup drivers and the cleanliness and condition of the vehicles they provide

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Statesville, NC I booked a rental car through Expedia with Enterprise in Statesville, NC. My reservation was confirmed with a clear pickup time of 8:30 AM. When I arrived on time, the clerk told me I wouldn't get a car until 1:00 PM. When I questioned this--pointing to my confirmed booking--the clerk showed no concern. A manager then got involved and told me I would actually get a car at 3:00 PM instead. When I asked why the timeline kept changing, the response shifted again: suddenly it could be "three days" before a car would be available. At that point, it was clear that my confirmed reservation meant nothing to them. The manager made it obvious that my business wasn't valued. I had no choice but to leave, call back my ride, and find another rental company at the last minute. Other industries, like airlines, compensate when they overbook or do their best to accommodate customers. Enterprise here did the opposite--every time I pressed for accountability, the promised pickup time was pushed further out. What I experienced felt less like poor planning and more like deliberate dismissal. I'm writing this to document the incident, in case it reflects a broader cultural issue at this location. A confirmed reservation should mean exactly that--confirmed. Customers deserve better.

Me and my wife showed up during open hours after our flight. We had a rental already booked and paid for. We had to wait over 2 hours for someone to show up because they were late. Once they arrived they were extremely rude and did not care. They wouldn't give us our booking and kept making excuses as to why not. We had to call customer service and it turns out they canceled our booking for literally no reason and wouldn't give us a refund. We had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service to get refund because the person working at the desk didn't wanna help. Horrible experience, horrible staff. Please use a different service

This company creates hell !! I do not and will not ever use this company again. We got a flat tire on the interstate and enterprise said they would send a tow truck to us to pick up the car. I asked what about us getting another car too ?? They said we would have to get our own ride for the next 2 hours of our trip. Two women and 2 teenage girls on the side of a major highway in Florence SC. Worst experience ever!!! Never use enterprise !!

If you want to be treated as a valued customer do not use this location. Mellow who is supposed to be a "customer service" employee is anything but Very unprofessional. I even put in a call to corporate and they care so much about customer service they never contacted me. I will never use this company again and I have spent thousands at Enterprise.
