They gave me a rental car covered in bugs. I had to use a rental while my car was being repaired and I saw probably around 30 bugs in the Red Jeep Grand Cherokee I rented for the week. Not only was it a lot of bugs, but it was all different types of bugs. Also, I had to deal with knowing my child's car seat likely was being crawled on by bugs. These photos were from the last day of the rental where I was beyond fed up.

Today, I was in Enterprise Rental Car on SouthPolk Street, in Pineville, NC, with my wife to return a vehicle. I witnessed sonething very disheartening. I witnessed a Younger African American man, who called himself the Manager, being extremely disrespectful to a female customer, who was also Aftican American. He spoke to her in a very argumentative, loud, condescending tone, because she was inquiring about her bill.They lady was speaking to him calmly. She appeared to be old enough to be his mother I love Enterprise Rental Car, but this Manager is a poor representation of the company. My friend and I both thought that he needed additional training He then threatened to call the police on her, when she called him put about this behavior. This made me never want to patronize that location again.

Perfect in ever way with one exception that keeps this from 5 stars. My car was struck from behind and Insurance company paid for all repairs plus arranged for a rental to meet me at body shop as I dropped off my car. Enterprise was there and things went smoothly until they demanded a $50 deposit. What on earth for? They knew all charges were being paid by the Insurance Company who had, if fact, hired them on my behalf. Annoying, and requires me to follow-up to see that the deposit is refunded to me

Please take a picture with time stamp of the gas indicator and the interior of the car. The Steele Creek location at 10421 S. Tryon fraudulently charged me for cleaning and gas. Luckily, I have pictures with time stamp of both, and I took the pictures as soon as I rented the car. They charged me $250+ extra fraudulently. They rent unclean cars with stained carpet to unsuspecting renters. Most of the time that is the only vehicle they have and you are there to attend a graduation or wedding or whatever and you are left with little choice. Don't be their next victim. They will charge the unsuspecting renters for their already stained carpets, sands, cereal, chips. Stay away from this location. Most of the time they do not have the car. They will hear from my attorney soon. Worst experience ever with any merchant in my 55 years life. I wish there was a zero star. They delayed my long trip by 3+ hours and messed up my plans. Rented a van on July 23 for Aug 29 at 10 AM Called twice on Aug 28 and Aug 27 to make sure a van will be there reading the previous review. Went at 10 AM. I was told the previous renter messed up the van; it was not ready to come in 30 mins. Went there at 11:30 AM, they were cleaning another vehicle; they did not even started cleaning the messed up vehicle. They hurriedly cleaned the car the cleaner told me he did me a favor ??? by cleaning it. As I was signing, the rental agreement at 12, I asked the agent why it was not cleaned by 10:30 AM; he said he would not rent the vehicle for being rude to him. He did not bulge even after pleading with him. I had to call cop to make him rent. The van was smelling and there were cereals, chips, bars and stains on carpet. I tried to exchange this smelling vehicle in Baltimore without luck as Enterprise does not take another location's mess. These frauds charged me extra $250+ when I returned the vehicle. I don't know how they are conducting business with this kind of ethics. I filed a complaint with Enterprise; they said the area manager Alonzo Smith will call me. He did not bother to call me yet. This will be reported to the highest level of Enterprise Holding Inc so that they do not dare to do this to another person.

We got scammed! When my wife rented the car, she was told to note any damage larger than a dollar bill. When I returned the vehicle, a different person got out a card the size of a dollar bill with the center cut out about the size of a silver dollar. This person told me we were responsible for any damage larger than a silver dollar. This was what is called a bait-and-switch. They found a dent larger than the circle and smaller than a dollar bill and filed a claim for the damage. Then they charged by credit card $500 and told me they would give back what wasn't used to repair the damage. This is not a trustworthy business and I recommend you go somewhere else.

My experience at this establishment has been nothing but Outstanding. The manager at this location has provided me with such amazing service. He has been kind, patient and very helpful during what has been one of the most stressful times for me. He is consistent in his service and no matter what always wears a warming smile. Very disappointed!! This is the second time i have rented from this location and both times the car was not ready, not cleaned or vacuumed. Very dirty and the second time i only had a half tank of gas. This is unacceptable. It's a shame because the ladies at the counter are very professional and friendly.

I was picking up a car for my business trip. I had to wait for good 20-25 min even after making a reservation 2 days in advance. They did not have a full size car for me at Uptown location. The lady went to Harris Blvd location to pickup a full size car for me. Customer service needs to improve.
