Ordered via Uber eats. I will say this was delivered fast. The first time I got the pork fried rice and ordered without onions and it was decent. The pot stickers weren't all that great. I ordered again and the rice wasn't as good. I also forgot to add no onions and it was FULL of onions. Also got a pork egg rolls and it was tiny and didn't have much in the way of filling. Overall I would not recommend unless you're really lazy and hungry and need something delivered quickly.

She takes your money, rolls her eyes and throws you your food! She's short, slim with jet black hair pulled back with an i don't give a flip attitude! She has about three piercings in her ear. I asked her for her name and she said why, I don't know you! She then said if i gave you my name, you wouldn't know how to spell it anyway! I shared my experience with some of the customers and one said, she's always rude! she has the absolute worse attitude on the face of the earth! Remember, we the customers give you business and with a nasty and disgusting attitude like hers, the business will close down. She should be replaced ASAP! WRONG JOB HONEY! Try something else! Fortune Cookie will do MUCH better without you! Good luck in this world, with your RUDE and JACKED UP ATTITUDE!!!!!!!

Do not come here! They will have you waiting for your food, even after you placed an order ahead of time. The black lady that works the front desk is very rude and does not know proper customer service, unless you address and speak to her first she will NOT acknowledge you while you wait on the line. She will tend to her computer screen and not even address you that she will be right with you. Mind you I also watched 8 people come in after wayyy after me and they got their food right away, I understand things happen and business gets busy that's not my issue, my issue is the lack of communication and common courtesy. I just moved to charlotte and I will never come here again because of her. I hope y'all save yourself the time and your hard earn money.

We ordered from here using Uber and everything was fresh, well prepared and delicious! I had the chicken and broccoli and I loved how juicy the chicken was and how the broccoli was cooked perfectly. Service was amazing and we will order again!

Thoroughly and consistently mediocre. I ordered a beef stir fry lunch special today and most of the beef was inedible. The prep cook had not trimmed the fat off of it. Mouthfeel of all that fat was revolting. Almost every piece of protein in my dish had a bunch of fat clinging to it. Maybe they don't mind that in China, but I have never encountered food prep done that poorly at a Chinese restaurant here in the US. I pushed the meat aside and just ate the vegetables, which were cooked well and very good. There are at least two other Chinese restaurants within a mile of this location that have better quality control and better food, so I probably will not return to the Fortune Cookie.

Location is tucked away and I feel as though I found a little hidden treasure. Visited the location on a mid-day Saturday. Food was ordered and came out correct and quickly for our entire family. The food was flavorful and portion size was plentiful. There were plenty of seating options for dining in. Restrooms were clean. I will definitely be back very soon!

Unprofessional and rude cashier. Half of the order was wrong. No surprise we didn't get the rice we ordered or the chicken in our mixed vegetables. When you order late at night before closing, you get whatever garbage is lying around so no one has to cook anything fresh. Place is garbage.
