Great service, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Parking garage is connected to the hotel but it's on level c, you will enter from level e. Red parking spots are for the hotel. The lobby will be one floor down once you enter the hotel. It was a little confusing so hope this helps!

Aye, not impressed. Main entry drive is not monitored enough and quickly becomes a logjam. Elevators are dated but worse, light fixtures full of bugs. Room felt updated but aesthetic left a lot to be desired. Were they catering to 90's era bankers? Who knows. The breakfast buffet was decent and the staff down there were very nice. It was well staffed and all were helpful. It was convenient how the hotel is connected to the mall area. I am still kind of figuring my way through Charlotte, but that seems to be pretty common and is actually kind of a neat element. The elevator cabs were extremely dated and really need to be cleaned up and freshened up. I think the condition of the common area is just overall left the experience to feel a little dreary. I'm not sure I'll stay here again.

This was a really fun hotel to stay at! It has a great location, friendly staff, and I loved its aesthetic as well, with the grand staircase in the lobby, and then the purple color scheme in the hallways and rooms. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place to stay in Charlotte!

Nice experience at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown this week. The staff could not have been friendlier from the lobby staff to the bar staff to overall management team. The room was practical and clean. A convenient location in downtown Charlotte.

Now I've been a competitors hotel chain's client for many many years, and this stay may make me switch to Hilton. Ekram and Julia at the front desk provide effortless hospitality and efficient checkin. For those guests with elite status, they also offer lounge access, $15 credit and breakfast included with your stay (based on your elite tier of course). What's more is that there is YMCA and Planet Fitness in the immediate vicinity that is also available as an amenity. The hotel is grandiose without being stuffy and I'm just really grateful for the quality of the rooms as well as the caliber of employees. I think you'll enjoy your stay too!

The Hilton Charlotte is in the best location and has an amazing view and honestly that is the best thing about. This hotel boasts standard accommodations and is truly nothing to write home about. We stayed on the 22nd floor which boasts as a premium level and features the premium lounge. This premium lounge served the worst clearly microwaved hors d'oeuvres every evening. This Hilton lounge let me know that yes indeed it is possible to mess up a chicken quesadilla. Lastly, a front desk person let me know that my credit could be applied to parking so we refrained from eating at any of the restaurants on site. This information was incorrect so it was incredible frustrating to be told such information by an employee especially when street parking was free that day and parking was an additional $24 dollars a day. Overall would I stay here again? If someone else was paying.

This was the best New Year's Eve party ever, but I have to say the topper was the next morning. I, as I'm sure many party goers, was in desperate need of Alka Seltzer. I went to use the lobby vending machine and it did not recognize my phone number. I went to the desk to have Sarah check my phone number, only to learn there was no phone on file for me. She updated that and I went to make another attempt. Still no go. I went back to ask where is the nearest pharmacy and amped out in the cold before it dawned on me that today is New Year's day and nothing is open. I went back to ask Sarah to recheck that she entered my phone correctly. She patiently checked that, then went to the vending machine with me to assist. Sarah was very patient with me and such a pleasure to interact with. This type of customer service has escaped so many hotels, and it was great to see it was not lost here. She is an asset to this hotel. The Ritz-Carlton Uptown could use more people like Hilton's Sarah, but that's a whole-nother review that I need to fasten my seat belt and write

A wonderful place to stay. The rooms were very clean and had great views of the city. The hotel is connected to the skyway, making it easy to walk to the nearby building without stepping outside. Along the skyway, there are great breakfast/ lunch options making it a convenient grab and go option. The hotel also has a great gym option at a nearby facility. They have a green space/ dedicated rest area located outside the hotel which makes for a great space to enjoy the outdoors. The employees were friendly and helpful answering questions.

I had a free night certificate that was expiring and so here we are on a weekend night. Warmly welcomed at the front desk and my Hilton Diamond status was recognized. I was thanked for my business and provided two key cards. I also was provided a voucher towards breakfast (not enough to cover it, thanks). The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I don't believe that I got any sort of comped upgrade, just what I reserved with the certificate. The executive lounge is nice but there was nothing there other than a few bags of chips and a fridge with soft drinks. Definite disappointment. Parking here is not cheap. $34 for valet parking or $24 for self parking. That's... wow. Check a parking app for nearby lots that are cheaper. Overall, just "OK." I was checked into a hotel room without clean, usable water. The water in the toilet, sink, and shower were all yellowish-brown. When I inquired with the front desk, one of the staff members was upfront about the water issue affecting the rooms on one side of the hotel. Despite this, a second staff member offered to put us in another room (same room type) on the same floor/side of the hotel. When we declined, it was then he mentioned the only other option, which was to put us in a same room type on a higher floor (executive floor). We agreed and transferred our belongings to the next room, only to discover the toilet in that room made loud sounds which kept us up throughout the night. We did notify the staff of this issue at checkout. As a customer and Diamond member, I expect through brand loyalty to be treated with a level of respect and being placed into a room without clean water (a basic necessity) was unacceptable. The only great moments of my stay were the proximity to attractions in Uptown and the degree of guest servicing in housekeeping, the restaurant and the lounge. The staff in those areas deserve a raise for keeping this hotel's customer service afloat. If you decide to stay at this hotel, here's hoping you're checked into a room on the "good side" of the floor, if there even is one.
