I booked through Expedia. Check in was easy for me and I requested late check out. They had a nice selection of snacks and candy at the front desk. The bar was supposed to open until 10:30pm. I was really disappointed when I went down at 8pm and the bar was not open. The front desk lady said she wasn't opening it because she was the only person there. Part of the reason I booked this hotel was to sit at the bar versus venturing out. I bought snacks and took them to the room. I was on the second floor, which had the gym. Ice machines were on every other floor. I didn't visit the pool. Breakfast was available in the morning. It had eggs, sausage, pancakes and potatoes. There was a good selection of fruit, cereal, bagels, toast and juice. My room was comfortable. I had two double beds and a nice sectional sofa. There was a cute table that you could move towards the sofa. The room had a closet, knobs to hang your bags and refrigerator. The shower was stocked with shower gel, conditioner, shampoo. There was a way to cast your mobile apps to the tv. The parking lot is well lit and the hotel is walking distance to at least 3 restaurants and it is very close to IKEA and other shops. I will definitely use this hotel again if I visit this area again.

Such an amazing experience staying at the Hyatt! The staff was so accommodating (especially Rufus) who treated me like a celebrity. They all went above & beyond in service. The hotel is amazingly kept up & super clean. The rooms are very nice & had everything we needed for our stay. It was great spending the day by the pool while my fiancé was at meetings. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area & will definitely be back!

I'm writing this review to caution others who may be considering employment at the Hyatt. My experience as a former employee was deeply disappointing and ultimately unfair. Despite showing up on time, doing my job well, and receiving no prior warnings or write-ups, I was abruptly fired without explanation. There was no proper protocol, no progressive discipline, and no transparency. It felt personal and discriminatory. When I tried to get clarity or speak with management, I was met with vague responses or ignored altogether. Kodi & Jezlin are horrible managers. Jezlin is a housekeeping manager who clearly didn't know operations. Every time I worked with her she was always a damsel in distress literally! The GM Kodi brings her kids during hours, leave during her shift , and expect other employees to pick up their slack. Then she doesn't have no idea how to operate a hotel given that she's new so she'll have Jelzin do her work and she barely know what she's doing !!! This lack of professionalism and basic human decency should be a red flag to anyone thinking of working here. If they could do this to me, they could do it to anyone. While the Hyatt brand may be known for hospitality on the surface, behind the scenes at this location, there's a grimier reality. Management needs to be held accountable for how they treat their staff. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same mistreatment.

I stopped on my way and picked up my wings& salad for a good night! I came here to Hyatt spend a weekend of movies and sleeping undisturbed! I met Jarrett awesome bartender and accommodating Alex the desk clerk. After I get unpacked and ready to lay and watch my movies, and I discovered that the TV would not connect so that I could watch my Netflix, Tubi, HBO movies. Alex came up and couldn't get it to work either. I was so outdone. In the morning I tried to explained what happened to the manager but she pretended not know about streaming....saying nothing wrong with watching regular TV. The breakfast was good but I feel I wasted my money.

This was in my bed little did I know I was sleeping on top of it and didn't see it when I got into bed because I was so exhausted from being in the airport all day. This is disgusting. I'm not sure how the maids that that was OK or maybe they just didn't even change the sheets at all

We booked a few days ago with AAA discount online, directly through the Hyatt website. I went to the website, cause after being disconnected on the phone, I was not super confident in their ability to book my reservation. When we get there to check-in, they say the card wasn't charged and it was just a hold and they can only proceed with billing that card if THAT card is present (this may have been an oversight on my part, I know some hotels are like this.) Anyways, the room I booked for $136 a night, they are charging my card $294!!! --- I was traveling with my chihuahua and on the phone pet fee was $50 ---then suddenly 75$. When I went back to the desk to show my email reservation and rate and AAA discount, the woman insists its just a hold on the card and that they will charge everything in the morning...won't even try and fix it! That simply doesn't cut it. I will never stay at the Hyatt again --- when in doubt choose anything else -- Marriott, Westin, Holiday Inn Express ...

The worst service ever and people just not knowing policies and procedures. The attitudes were unprofessional and I finally asked to cancel my reservation. Never staying here again. Gave one star because I couldn't give zero.

Arrived really late due to a late flight. Lingered in the lobby due to a confrontational guests at the front desk. Once checked in, all good. King room was very modern and updated. Large size room with lounge/couch. Had a work package deliverer to the hotel, couldn't get it til next morning due to manager having access to mail room. Really the only complaint I had. Will continue to stay here when. In town for work.

This Hyatt Place is fairly new and the rooms felt that way. Decent sized room and modern. Breakfast, as at all Hyatt Places, was free and the selection was fairly decent. Elite recognition, in the sense that there was any at all, was good - free bottles of water were offered and the front desk agent claimed they were only letting me check in early (around 11am) because of status, otherwise there would normally be a charge. All in all, a perfectly fine place to spend a night.

I stayed at this location for a work trip and had a very positive experience! My room was clean and spacious, and the staff was so kind. Michael checked me in and did a great job making me feel welcomed and orienting me with the amenities, and I also had a great experience with the night shift whose name I did not catch! They truly went above and beyond, and the great room was a plus.
