10/10 experience! Would highly recommend. I took a beginner's pole dance class and so quickly felt at home and encouraged in the studio. The staff (and all my classmates) were super friendly and supportive. The music was great, and the space was really cute. I'll definitely be back.

This is the perfect place for a girl's night!!! For my final birthday celebration my girls and I chose to take a class at Inner Diva Fitness! We originally wanted to have a blow party. Booking the party was a breeze and the staff was very professional. There was an emergency with the blow party's instructor but the owner called me and offer to upgrade our party for the inconvenience. She was so kind and got me really excited for our booking. At the party we learned a sexy dance routine and enjoyed a delicious punch (and I liveeee for a good punch)! I would also like to note that none of the people in my party are great dancers. On a good day you'll get a slight twerk out of us. And we were all able to easily catch on the routine. The party lasted for 90 minutes. Our instructor Sasha was really attentive and patient. She went above and body to ensure that we were all relaxed and had a good time. This was the perfect way to close out my birthday celebrations. It was fun and sexy. The perfect place for a girl's night. I can't wait to book again!!

My friends and I had an amazing time ! Our instructor was amazing and very patient and relatable. ! She made my friends and I very comfortable which made It easy for us to be our self. Most of my friends aren't the best dancers but the routine was amazing and our instructor altered it for each individual. She cheered us on and fit in like one of us. I highly recommend inner diva fitness and I myself will soon be a member visiting frequently.

BUYER BEWARE! They have very strict rescheduling policies where you get charged extra for needing to reschedule your party, so I would be hesitant and take your time booking. I have a January birthday and I got hit with major snow storms both times I rescheduled my party and each time it cost me $50 to reschedule. They didn't care that my group was traveling 4 hours from another state. I was so turned off by their lack of customer service I decided to forfeit the $50 remaining on my account because I refused to pay them anymore money. I ended up losing $150 total and never had a party.

Horrible! This place is an absolute COVID disaster. Stuff and members are not required to wear masks, there is not enough ventilation, and members are training way closer than 6ft apart. Moreover old worn out equipment and lack of hygiene makes this place a total disaster. Lastly as soon as they get a hold of your credit card information - the owner will charge it without your authorization and proper notification. Avoid this Inner Scam at any cost. There are plenty of good studios in Charlotte. This one is just terrible. Will be reporting this establishment covid violations to NC DHHS office

This was the perfect Girls Night Out!!! From the time we found the Venue(it's literally in the cuts lol) we were excited. We were greeted by Sasha, and she has the most welcoming spirit that made us all feel comfortable. She explained what the class was about and allowed us ten minutes to drink our wine and water, and take photos. Of course, you need those right?!!! Our class was a private Strip tease class, super sexy. We had to come up with Alter-ego names that we had to call each other and if you made the mistake of calling someone by their "government" name you had to give the group a 10 second private show!!! Welp guess who did that??? ME!!!! Old mouth of up North!!!! And I totally sucked at it. Lmao. Glad it was only 10 seconds because my inner sexy was not out and proud at this point. Any who back to Sasha, she gave us the most precise dance instructions to one of the sexiest songs. She showed us step by step with a few rewinds, gave us words of encouragement and made us all feel like bad asses!!!!! There is different classes that you can take, with your girls, alone or with your partner as well. I'm glad we finally did this class and I'm dying inside to go back and take another class and perfect my strip tease performance!!!

I have never had so much fun in a class nor felt so much support from the instructors and students. I have had the pleasure to participate in a week of their classes and I've had so much fun and have learned so much. One thing I've noticed about these classes is that they're absolutely addicting. You get the opportunity to become comfortable with your body and the movements of your body, you also get to learn things that many would think that they could never do. Most importantly, the staff is absolutely phenomenal. My instructors have been so helpful, they go to each and every person and give tailored instructors and help them based on their performance and skill level which helps make everyone in the class feel together. One of the greatest qualities you can find in their instructors is that they're all approachable and they come off very approachable if you have a question. Lastly, your safety is their priority. You start off getting fully warmed up and stretched out then after, you cool down by stretching. I love this place, with the great prices, the friendly students, and the phenomenal instructors, it couldn't get any better.

Love this place!! From the moment I walked in I felt supported and welcomed. It's the most fun I have ever had doing a workout and it absolutely works out every part of my body. After my first class I quickly decided to become a member. I highly recommend Inner Diva Fitness!!
