My Brunch time was good. My BLT was thick and juicy. I also enjoyed my fresh yogurt with fruit. The esthetics was beautiful and relaxing. I'm sure to return soon. The staff looked great and were professional

Yeah not my favorite place to get breakfast. The service was slow and very rude, they are clearly understaffed and although we didn't really ask for much the server who was there was very short with us and completely unengaging. She seemed miserable. We ordered two coffees and two breakfast entrees. I am lactose intolerant and made sure to ask for oat milk - when mine came, there was lipstick on the ring of the mug. My boyfriend notified the server and then asked again if it was made with oat milk jus to make sure and she said she had forgotten the first time... the second mug of it came and it was correctly made but tasted horrible. We compared the two drinks since we ordered the same thing save the type of milk and they didn't taste remotely alike. I opted not to drink mine at this point :/ The food on the other hand was decent. The grits are good. We had a chicken caprese with fries and chicken and waffles. Both dishes were really solid the caprese bread was a bit too soggy to hold up the sandwich so if they swapped the bread this would be solid. Fries were good and the chicken and waffles were well made. Very straightforward no frills. We expected more and the service definitely knocked them back a star. MUCH better options nearby. Please do yourself a favor and check out Snooze Eatery (made a reservation 2 hours in advance trust me) bc their brunch was amazing.

Food was absolutely phenomenal ! , the service was amazing and very quick. Our server Nolan was very helpful and his drink recommendation were great! Overall everything was very delicious and plenty of food for the price you pay! 10/10

Don't let the tiny size end fool you! Talk about fall off the bone good. IRO has some of the BEST fall off the bone chicken wings EVER, so juicy, so tender, extremely flavorful. Everything I've eaten here has been delicious. The service and the ambiance are top tier!

Sadly, the only thing that was good is the location. We were staying at the hotel and wanted a hassle free and quick bite. Not quick or eatable. Coffee tasted like it was made several hours before serving.

Just a cool location and Venue. Clean, Modern and although the service on this day was lacking not to the point we had to leave. The server dude had a trainee and they followed each other doing everything, instill independence and have your trainee, fill water, coffee and come back to you for training. There were a couple of times that we did not see anyone, after we went dry on drinks. The other issue at most and including this place, is if yu bring my food from the kitchen do NOT just drop it off and run, help your service staff by refilling drinks, do you need anything? Then go, especially when there is only 5 people in the entire restaurant, which was the case today. We loved the hotel and the venue and the bartender was just awesome and her drink knowledge was spot on. Highly suggest it.

Having a restaurant on site during your hotel stay is always a convenience. Located on the 2nd level of Hyatt Centric, Iro offers breakfast via a la carte menu. Breakfast is not included with your stay but it's nice to know it's offered. The restaurant space is welcoming and bright but because of limited seating can seem small. I think they made great use of the space. We chose a booth seating for our family of 3 and had a late breakfast around 10am. Lucky for us the breakfast rush was over but you could tell the waitress was trying to recover from is as she seemed frazzled , overwhelmed and notbas attentive. The menu offers normal breakfast fare but they were out of pancake batter for my kid and offered to make waffles instead. She did not enjoy it as she said it taste like they used biscuit batter instead and it was salty. My husband's breakfast potatoes were burnt and my avocado on my omelet was brown. They did bring out a new avocado at my request. The fruit bowl, coffee and variety of tea choices were the highlight of breakfast unfortunately. However, if I stayed here again would I come again .. yes.. but I would stick to something simple from the coffee bar and grab a pastry.

Food is made phenomenally , go early on to beat the crowds . Often they'll have just one person manning all the foh operations so do take it easy on this guy super professional handled it like a boss. I was really impressed. He was like a one man swiss army knife. Forgot to get his name. The food portions are huge and not for the feint of heart.

The venue is relaxing, upscale but not pretentious. The staff is amazing! I am sad I can't recall the bar hostess's name, she was great! Crystal, the manager I met, so kind, warm and welcoming! Both ladies had amazing genuine smiles, welcoming, and engaged. They have live music every Wednesday night from 5:30-7:30.

While staying at the Hyatt I ordered room service from Iro. I ordered avocado toast that was inedible. It had arugula on top that was wet, soggy, and starting to decompose. It looked like it had been made three days earlier. I called and told them and they offered to bring another but I had to leave for a conference and asked for a refund. They were courteous and said that was no problem.
