I called Mann Travel to ask for a quote for a trip to London, Paris, and Rome. I spoke with Christy/Kristi and she told me I would have to pay $100 for her to provide a quote. I have never heard of this fee from a travel agency before. I asked if she could not provide some general info on a package and she pulled up something online. I asked if she could email it to me and she said she would try. She took my email address and I never heard anything else from her.

do not book with this agency.. they cancelled my trip due to vivid and did not refund the insurance I purchased on the trip.. Wish I had read previous reviews before booking
