Two stars because the DJ was awesome and the crowd was lit...but this past Saturday night I booked two VIP spaces for my friends and I and the service was lackluster at best. The VIP server came by once every blue moon and I guess they were trying to ration the juice because they gave us toddler portions in the bottles each time. Everything was overpriced in relation to the level of service, I don't mind paying big bucks if I get quality service but your server coming by every 45 minutes to the VIP just ain't cutting it. Seems as if they were trying to pack as many spaces In as they could to get the big bucks, but the staff wasn't up to the task at all. I'll go back on a Friday night when the VIP is only $150 so that lackluster service wouldn't matter nearly as much because it's cheap as hell.

Avoid Avoid!!!!!! Spot is hood AF! Super ratchet! 40$ entry on a basic night; which I understand because as hood as it is they use real cops for security. 40$ hookah which took forever and the vibe is just hood AF! Nothing is comfortable about this place~ Just do a rooftop bar or lounge...

This place is beyond raggedy ! Okay my friends and I booked a section last Sunday for an event called Dope Brunch. Now being that it was hosted by someone else and we spent money we had a great time ! Now fast forward to last night we stopped by, had to pay $20 each because we didn't "have heels on " next their card machines were broke, no money in the atm ! You had to use cash app to pay! The flyer says free before 11pm but ladies must wear heels. Just tragic! Do not go here period ! And the nerve of them to be right beside family dollar

Summary: (1)There needs to be an option for zero stars.; (2) This place is unprofessional and will nickel and dime you; (3) Staff is slow, inconsiderate, and aggressive; (4) If you don't purchase what the want you to purchase they will withhold your card and ID and hold you hostage; (5) If you complain, they will become aggressive and escalate the situation and tell you they are the manager when they aren't; and (6) This is a grocery store converted into a club. Ultimately, just go somewhere else. I feel like this place is a scam. I travel a lot and visit many establishments. However, I usually do not leave reviews of establishments. However, I hope to save you all from the frustration of visiting this establishment. As an African-American male, I support black owned business but this place is absolutely unprofessional and I do not believe that they respect their clientele. I find it very unfortunate how some people treat their own kind. After spending nearly $300 here, I asked to close out my tab. Due to staff wanting me to purchase a bottle and belittling me for not doing so, the staff withheld my ID and card for nearly an hour. I asked the waiter for my card twice and a supervisor. Nonetheless, it took nearly an hour to get my card to leave despite the fact that the waiter walked pass me several times without returning my card. After speaking with the supervisor about the situation, he became very aggressive and did not want to hear my concerns, further escalating the situation. I find it very concerning when establishments don't care about your concerns, but just want to know what to do to get you to shut up. I waited until I was outside and in front of law enforcement before I asked for a supervisor because the supervisor that addressed me inside was not professional and was escalating the situation. In addition to the drinks and hookah taking too long to prepare, the drinks and hookah were poor quality. All of the drinks appeared to be watered-down. The hookah was $40. However, it used an electronic head that began to burn in less than 15 minutes. After every purchase of $50 they ran my card as a separate purchase, which to some degree I can understand. However, if as an establishment you can do that, you can give me my card back within an hour. I truly believe that this business conducts unfair and deceptive trade practices. Pleas spend your money somewhere else where you will get quality service. The place looks like a former grocery store turned in a club. But for be invited by people I did not know when, I would not have gone to this establishment. The place also appears to be a former grocery store or convenience store that was turned into a club. Therefore, the layout is odd. When leaving the Uber driver told me that it is an unsafe part of the town and that law enforcement is always there. I hope this establishment improves their customer service. Unfortunately, I do not feel like this is any of their concern. They rather throw you out after they disrespect you.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I along with 5 friends when to this club and paid to get Monarch only to be direct in to another place that wasn't the club and wasn't allowed in ....when speaking to what the called the "manager" he refuse to give us a refund 2 minutes after entering under false advertisement. I love supporting businesses but this was a ripe off. Please do not waste your money at this place. If I could give it no stars I would
