MTC Events, LLC planned and executed my daughter Kristian's 16th birthday dinner. They transformed our home into an elegant yet dainty scene, and served an AWESOME four course meal that the teenagers raved over! They also recently (11/3/2018) decorated and catered my 49th birthday party. I can't say enough how pleased we were with the care and attention they gave to every aspect of making my party fabulous. They offer full-service event coordinating, decorating and catering. I tell all my friends, family and colleagues that they're literally a one-stop shop for ALL event/party needs. Trevonne and Marcus are both extremely professional and customer oriented. We will use them again and again for all of our family event needs and special moments.

It's always a joy to work with Trevonne! I have worked four projects with her. Each occurrence, she was always professional and had a clear plan/detail of how she wanted it executed. And each time it was flawlessly executed. We work well together and whenever I have a photo session, I recommend her as the stylist or coordinator if you need one for a wedding/party. She's your go to person for it all.

My fiancè and I hired Trevonne as our wedding planner in 2019 for a 2020 wedding. Our wedding had to be postponed due to COVID and most planning activities related to the wedding were postponed as well. Even though the wedding was on hold, we continued our monthly payments to MTC Events as we knew we were going to move forward with the wedding when we felt comfortable doing so and because so many small businesses were falling under financial hardship we wanted to continue to show our support. When it finally came time to pick a new date and resume planning activities we were asked to sign a new contract as well as pay an additional $2250 for the contract extension (as our wedding was now going into 2021). We were told that she had a hard time getting us both to work with her and if we weren't comfortable paying the additional fee we had the option of giving her full creative control of our wedding day. We expressed our confusion over the additional fees and by the request to sign a new contract, especially since the new contract seemed different than what we originally agreed to. Several email exchanges and a zoom meeting later, we were still unable to come to an agreement. We ultimately ended up cancelling the wedding contract with MTC. And although we had already paid approx 80% of the initial agreed upon cost for wedding planning services, she has completely refused to refund any portion of the money. I personally feel disappointed, discouraged and quite frankly, taken advantage of.
