I stumbled into Panera looking for an afternoon pick me up. This location has several kiosk style ordering tablets but I looked at the girl behind the counter and said, can I just order with you? It's really sad how much our culture avoids human interaction with computers popping up everywhere. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a large drink. When she said $7.23 my jaw dropped. She handed me an empty cup and picked up 1 cookie from the display case. The keypad asked for a tip, for what exactly? I walked to the back and poured my own tea. I'm enjoying the cookie but I just thought the prices were so crazy.

The manager Will is very kind and considerate to his customers. He runs a clean resturant. My sister my spouse and I accidentally came in last minute to the resturant, not realizing it was closing soon. We were able to order but thought we would have to leave to eat. Will over heard and told us personally we could stay to eat. He made sure we could get our drinks before they started putting away the teas. Im so thankful.

I recently stopped at this location for lunch and enjoyed my overall experience. I dropped in shortly after 1:00, missing the heavy lunch crowd. Like other locations, orders are placed via a kiosk. I placed my order, picked up my cup and number and proceeded to a table. While waiting I noticed the staff was cleaning up after customers, which was nice to see, based on the Cotswold location nightmare a few weeks back. My sandwich, turkey & cheese on sourdough was great and the Chicken & Rice Soup was hot, delicious, and the perfect serving. Panera has always been one of my go to spots for their soup and bread so I was happy to see the soup was just as delicious as I remembered. When I'm South Park this will remain a go to spot for lunch in my book.

employees gossip & are rude to customers for no reason. ordered extra broccoli on my teriyaki bowl & was told that was fine, after seeing it wasn't on the receipt i asked the window where the food comes out if it's okay to add extra. The "manager" saw the receipt & said it wasn't listed. I asked if I could go up front & pay for them to add extra, as that's the way I typically order/receive it. Kayla said no. after asking what her name was, she said that was not her duty to say. I asked for a manager, & she said she was the manager, doesn't that mean you are the face of the company, & obligated to please the customer? I guess I'm wrong. It was fine in there, most employees were kind but would all gather to point out family out & hide.

Love that the Turkey chili is back for the season! I paired it as a Pick Two with the Teriyaki chicken bowl. Both were steaming hot and delicious. Eating cleaner and healthier.

My order from this Panera typically consists of breakfast or maybe salad at lunchtime. I generally order online before heading to the store and find that my order is ready when I arrive. I haven't had an issue with ingredients being out of stock and my orders are accurate. Some locations are less than desirable because they can be stingy with portions but I haven't experienced this here. The location is great, just minutes away from South Park mall and nearby shopping. Great lunch option with decent prices for shoppers and business people. Plenty of parking nearby.

Always nice to have a restaurant nearby where I can eat clean. Can I just say how in love I am with the hew baguettes? Now I didn't order one this time but I hyped them up to my niece and she got the Buffalo chicken. This time I got another one of my face: Mediterranean veggie with no feta cheese. Delicious! That sandwich which came on a white whole grain bun was over $7! But to me it was worth to know exactly what I was eating and nothing had been added to it. Great service. Clean restaurant.

Honestly, if you've been to one Panera bread you have been to every Panera bread. What kind of irks me is they have become the de facto place for business meetings. With the cleanliness of the place (which is always on point) and the free wi-if, I can see why. But what I truly love about this place, is there scones! It's true... Their scones, buttery, crumbly and flavorful. Cinnamon is probably my favorite. They are four dollars yes, but they are happiness, delight and deliciousness all rolled together. Panera also has really delicious flavored coffee and ice coffees. Where they dropped the ball in their beverage offerings, are their fountain drinks. I can appreciate them trying to educate consumers on how much sugar is in the drink (it is printed on the side of the cup) but it is awful that they don't put any sugar in your drink if you want it. In fairness they did have the packets of sugar which take too long to dissolve. On the two days I went there, the sugar pumps they provide for those who want sweetened drinks were empty. So basically they charge you upwards of three dollars for what tastes like unsweetened Kool-Aid with giant sugar crystals sitting at the bottom. I don't care about their food menu. It is like upgraded hospital food. Not bad enough to complain, but not good enough to rave over either. I mean they try. The other day I think I tasted some sweet potato spread on my dry turkey sandwich. So there is that! P.S. Parking here is a nightmare!
