i ordered 3 large pizzas in beef and chicken because we dont eat pork. What do I receive 1 pepperoni. I called PizzaHut right away and I was told that would get a replacement chicken pizza. I asked what to do with the wrong one he said throw it out. I called about a hour later to find out when my pizza will be delivered. I spoke to a person, explained my situation and he said its probably coming out of the oven now. I asked him to check to be sure. He said I dont handle that ma'am. I asked if he check with person that does. He put me and was yelling and came back and said they dont replace repace pizza that I ordered wrong. When I tried to tell him I didnt order wrong he hung up. I called and he must have recognized my number because I got 2 more hangups. I callrd back and asked for a manager and put on hold for about 10 mins. I called back I was told they very busy and I was slowing them down, Put on hold again and that time I held over 30 mins to no avail. I spent 57.00 with them and just what I paid for.

Drug dealers in parking lot right next to door dealing to people pulling up. Right next to the door! I ordered a pizza. store closed 12:30 lunch time. I want my pizza, not drugs.

Why is this Pizza Hut still open???? Never have staff or delivery drivers...... they suck at making pizzas...... just demolish that Pizza Hut..... They doing a disservice to that community area..... people waiting 3hrs for a pizza with no cheese and minimal toppings.... The ambiance???? There isn't any....

Saw this place had a bad rep and decided to go with pickup over delivery just incase. Either way I feel like I would've gotten great experience based on the workers. Not only did I get 50% off of my pizza because of an online offer, I also got an amazing looking pizza! Whoever cooked this made sure to get every detail correct all the way down to the seasoning on the crust. Couldn't be happier. I hope the manager sees this and let's the staff know how well they are working.

I ordered a pizza,pasta and stuffed garlic knots at 5:30 pm today August 13 2019. I place my order online but I forgot to add the sauces that I wanted so I called maybe two minutes after placing my order and I added 2 garlic butters and 2 marinara and the cashier gave me my new total. I signed up for txt alerts so my pizza was ready according to the alerts at 5:42. I live really close to this Pizza Hut so it should take about 5 min if that to get my house. I called at 6:30 to see where my food was the girl that answered seemed new she did not know how to check the system for my order however the girl that helped her out had an extremely bad attitude and she told her to tell me it's coming. The time is now 7:50 and I have yet to get a call back or my food I will be contacting corporate because this is ridiculous I will never order from here again

Terrible service and food. I order a meat lover's melt. It came with no marinara sauce or the garlic sauce on the melt. It was dry!! Their customer service is also awful.

ordered online for curbside. clicked the button in the email that i was here for pickup. after 20mins waiting, i call them to let them know im waiting....the woman thats answers the phone asked if i was here and just hangs up the phone. i walk in very upset, the manager asks if he could help me. i stated that i was just hung up on. the woman that answered, said that she told me she was on the way...which is NOT true. The manager and i have a stare-off. No apologies from either of the staff. I have not visited this location in 10 years because the employees were arguing with the manager at that time watching ....itll be another 10 before i give them any of my money. The owners of this location (if franchised) should truly be ashamed. I doubt they visit or "shop" this location.

I ordered my pizza at 11:23am. It is now 2:53pm and no pizza. I called the store several times in between this time and no one picked up when I dialed the option to inquire about an online order. Someone picked up when dialed the option for a new order, but when I told the person my situation they just put me back on hold. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

After waiting 2 hours for my order, I called in and was placed on hold for 32 more minutes only to be told that if I hadn't received my food by now , your credit card hasn't been charged yet and your order was canceled!! Needless to say, the lack of customer service & common courtesy for your patrons only tells me you are conceding to your competitors to further handle our needs!!!

Delivery was normal but pizza was horrible! How can you make pizza taste bad? It was cold in the center like it was reheated. Thought I would give them another shot since it's been years. Nope! Won't do it again!
